They have exceeded my expectations. I was blown away. By the outstanding service I receive. They took a real interest in examining my feet, and explaining to me how they could help me. I won't bore you with all the details, but I walked out of there for the first time knowing that this time I will get the right shoes for my feet. They are making custom orthotics for me and they are also helping me address other issues that others just looked the other way. Brett knowledge was impressive. He ask questions, listen and made suggestion with adjustments and explained everything in-depth. I am sure the changes we made are going to make my feet extremely happy.

I was there today from 6:30-7:30 pm and the teamlead on duty stated he couldn't discount these shoes. He stated he was only able to discount one pair and not the other. I was willing to purchase, at a discounted rate due to the poor quality. I even looked to see it there were any other sizes in better quality and they didn't have any. The teamlead i believe his name is Chris (white male, 120-130 Pounds) stated he was unable to discount or offer any other resolution. See below for photos. He's picky and likes Nike socks. I stock up when they have sales on their socks which is usually buy one pack of six pairs and get the second pack for half off. Hubby also likes the basketball shorts they have here and I can usually pick those up for a pretty good price too (around $30). He's 6'5" so he needs to have the longer basketball shorts and they have those here. They can be difficult to find in some stores. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They can answer any of your questions and when you want to try on sneakers, they are quick to get the size you need and assist you. The store is very clean and organized.
