After we had our initial consultation and discussed goals, we had allergy/intolerance & nutritional deficiency testing to determine what specific changes to start with. Ange went over the results and walked us through the process of cleaning out our kitchen, choosing products at the grocery store, and made a meal plan for the week based on what my kids already like. Substituting ingredients for healthier ones in recipes that the kids enjoy made the first steps to change less overwhelming. I feel amazing and never would have believed just how much better I would feel. I've seen positive changes in my kids' focus and behavior. I can't wait to add the other components that this Wellness Center offers - Cooking classes, Yoga classes, massage, and organic skin care! This the perfect place to escape stress and take a break. I can relax with a cup tea(they have a variety to choose from), while the kids have their own yoga class. I love having a place with healthy fun activities, rather than going to a noisy restaurant or bar to get away from the daily grind. The class sizes are small (can…read moreonly hold 12 people), but this means that the workouts can be even more personal and individualized. The trial/intro class is only held on Saturdays at a specific time. This class was at 10:45am-11:15am. The workouts are all modified initially, which I didn't care for but I understand why they're modified on the first class. The instructor was friendly and really helped us get an understanding of what Pilates is like. The membership is PRICEY!! However, they do offer discounts to military, students, nurses, and teachers. Unlimited plan for the West Cobb location is $199/month. The other plan is $159/2 days per week or $29 per session if you don't want a membership. There is also an enrollment fee of $59. This can easily add up. Overall, I really liked it. I would join but I'm currently already in another gym membership and can't add another cost right now. I would look into in the future though.

Then I received a unknown charge on my credit card that I never authorized. Horrible app for booking, hard to get in touch, huge wailists (they continue to sell memberships), and unknown charges. There are other pilates studios that are much better in the area and easier to get into.
