Before your massage starts, the therapist will go over any pain or areas of tension to make sure they adjust their treatment to your needs. All of their therapists have great communication and this is just one of those ways they ensure you get what you need. They have several massage therapists, but most of my treatments were with Kana. She applies med-firm pressure, which I prefer, and we always had great communication during the massages. Those were some of the best massages I have ever had.
