When I smiled at them as I encountered them throughout the store, I was met with aloofness. I thought that was odd.. aside from that I wasn't checked in on and I needed help. I did notice work space gossip and drama so I may come in at a bad time despite the store being mostly empty of customers.

It includes all the favorites like Barnes and Noble, Banana Republic, Build-A-Bear, Chinco's, etc. It also has a number of restaurants and eatiers like Five Guys Burgers, Crumbl Cookies, Martini Italian Bistro and Mitchell's Fish Market. So, if you're looking for a NICE, CLEAN shopping destination with a slightly upscale assortment of the major retailers - this is the place.

Most of these stores had excellent sales, anywhere between 20% to 70% discounts. Each of the family member found something to buy from the trip. A lot of the walkways had shade. There were plenty of benches to sit, also vending machines for snacks and drinks. The food court was little sad, there were only 3 stores and an adjacent fried chicken place. There were plenty of sitting spots in the dining hall. It was and very clean and modern.

Minus Hazel & Hunt and the Craftery, the Marketplace has primarily become a spot for restaurants - but shopping can be found right outside the space. Dog friendly area and plenty of families during the daytime hours. Construction underway with more retail space planned.

Be sure and explore all the way from Main to Market streets and then all up and down Market for several blocks there are additional shops, restaurants, hotels and bars. Stores like Anthropologie, lululemon athletica, White House | Black Market, francesca's, etc. It's small, though, so the store selection isn't extensive. There's also two restaurants -- the Brontë Bistro in the bookstore, and Palmers, which, from my wanderings, looked like it was also kind of connected to the lower level of the bookstore. On another note, the scenery is kind of lovely here. There's a pond with ducks in the back of the shopping center that provides a calming retreat from shopping. Palmers' patio is next to the pond, as well. The front of the mall is also very pleasing, with many places to sit and eat/read/chat/write/whatever. Not a bad outdoor mall, but I'll probably only return just for Whole Foods and Joseph Beth Bookstore (which is amazing, by the way).
