Ms. Cassie, the owner and main instructor, is always displaying a joyful and kind attitude to all. It's obvious that her students, again both young and old, love and appreciate her as their firm but kind leader. My daughter began as a student at Inner Strength when she was just 11years old. This was when Master Hoadley was the owner, and Ms. Cassie was a young black belt. It was he that created the process of learning "Inner Strength" through Tae Kon do, and it is more than evident that Ms. Cassie learned his technique well now that she took over the school since his retirement. My daughter, now 17, is a second degree black belt, and has even attained the place of instructor. I appreciate the lessons of life she has learned at Inner Strength, and the confidence she has in her abilities, mostly learned at this great school.

Master hoadley (and all of the other teachers) is soooo good with the kids. He is firm, yet kind. You are allowed to come to as many classes per week as are offered. So you can come one day a week or 5. I can't praise these guys enough.
