The hotel has really gone down in the last several years. First room I was assigned arrived to the door being propped open and AC parts all over the floor. Back to the Front desk where there was not an employee had to wait about 5 minutes for him to show up. Next room door was almost impossible to get in and out of. Reported to the Front desk and evidently maintenance only works 5 days a week sounds not get fixed. I can no longer recommend staying here. read more

The good: affordable, like all hotels federal is not a discount but a rate hike. Use triple A. For its size indoor pool and fitness room. Clean lobby. Complimentary breakfast with sugar free options. Spacious room. Allowed early check in once room became open. The bad: room smelled of mold/must. Come to find out the AC leaks on the carpet which never dries out. Biggest thing for me is the slider frosted glass bathroom door design. First, doors don't lock. Second, the frosted glass doesn't leave much to the imagination. Room furniture, mattresses in particular have seen better days. Black out curtains are short and allow significant light in. Refrigerator is a low cool model, even on the coldest settings. The two staff members I interacted with didn't have the best attitudes. Mid shift one seemed like he hated his life. For me, the attitude part took the most stars away from this review. If you are single and need a cheap room for the night it wouldn't be bad. Family and I found ourselves clicking our heels reminding ourselves, "it's only one night!" Needs some serious TLC. The lobby was fine but the rooms need some care. Our room had a broken lamp, broken curtains, couch cushions that didn't zip closed, the desk chair was broken, doors that didn't latch. Of particular concern was the toilet door that didn't latch or even stay closed. Luckily our kids are young but I couldn't imagine being a teenager and using the toilet in front of my family! The couch had white specs all over it which I couldn't figure out. Looked like crumbs but didn't wipe off. And the AC unit was really loud! It scared my young kids when it came on. The front desk person was friendly. Management needs to just fix and replace broken stuff all over the place. read more

I have been up all night tossing and turning I am a side sleeper currently finishing out, not sleeping on the couch because the beds are so freaking hard. How can you be so cheap on buying a bed literally feels like laying on a piece of plywood. The room itself is nice just a beds suck. The pillows are good. read more

Our room was filthy. Carpets and tile floors were filthy. Shower water was cold to lukewarm at best. On the first night we found a dirty wash cloth that someone used on their behind in the shower. Our room was scheduled to be cleaned our 2nd day there, it was not. Horrible housekeeping staff. Have been trying to contact the mgr to see about discounting the rate because of the filth. Underwhelmed by this Marriott property is the best way I can sum up the experience. We stayed here for one night on Memorial Day 2022, and the price was very attractive for a two queen bed/pullout couch room. The lobby was your standard Springhill Suites lobby and decently nice, but the room was much shabbier than I am accustomed to at a Springhill. The cleaning people need to up their game for sure - there were stains on the everything, especially the couch, where they simply flipped the cushions to hide HUGE white stains that I don't want to contemplate whom or where they came from. Crumbs on the floor, hair that was definitely not ours in the bathroom, stains on the pullout mattress, and a broken air conditioner cover (and a nonfunctioning thermostat) all were big cons. Our bathroom door was also broken and would not latch for some reason. Since I was on the pullout couch, I snagged the extra bedding in the closet only to find it was a single sheet and a pillow, and had to go down to the front desk to ask for a blanket that should have been included in the first place. In the morning we went down for breakfast, and encountered at least one out-of-order option on the juice machine, along with your standard powdered eggs and sausage options. Nothing special. Overall, a kinda disappointing stay at this Springhill Suites. The only saving grace was the low price. read more

We reserved two queen suites at an affordable $90/night per room (AAA discount). Check in was easy and staff was happy and helpful. Without having to ask they made sure that our rooms were right next to each other. Upon entering the rooms they were noticeably very clean and spacious. There is a nice sitting area with a large sofa and desk area separate from the beds. The refrigerator and microwave worked great. We liked that the shower and toilet were in separate rooms, although you can see silhouettes of people inside the bath areas through the smoked glass doors. A nice breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, various breads, juices, milk, and coffee. We did not go swimming but did look at the pool. It is quite small, but looked clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend you give this place a try. read more

Stayed overnight for some professional CE and we were very disappointed. When we got in, there were two red spots on the comforter alongside a large yellowish stain right where my head would go. The couch also had some questionable spots as well. The room was otherwise good and the breakfast was satisfying. When I told the hotel management about the room, they took $20 off of the bill, so that helped. I don't think I'll be staying there again. read more

Avoid this location at all costs! I checked in late at night and the hotel was completely booked. I am a platinum member and they didn't accommodate any of my requests. When I asked Michael at the front desk if they could do anything to correct my accommodations he couldn't have been more nonchalant. There was no manager on duty when I checked in and Michael couldn't give me an eta on when a manager would contact me. Hotel furnishings, rooms, and lobby were clean and nicely furnished. Desk staff were friendly. Neighborhood/ location was not great, with noisy construction work being done out front. Biggest irritation was that the hotel let carpet cleaners into my hotel room while I was out without any heads-up or warning. Didn't figure it out until I was walking around room wondering why my belongings had been moved and noticed my socks were soaked, so called the desk wondering if there was a leak or something and they said it must have been the carpet cleaners. I had left the sign on my door requesting privacy/ no housekeeping since I had my stuff everywhere and was coming back in the afternoon to work. Front desk said they'd have manager call me in the morning as they weren't sure what happened. No call or follow-up has been received. I stay at hotels every week for work related travel and this is not normal or acceptable. Won't be staying here again and let my company know to take it off our company listing for future staff visits to this area. read more

We had the worst stay here when we came out in July last year! The staff were so rude to us! We were on a road trip cross country and had our dog with us. We dropped off the dog at my husband's brother's home in Moore before staying at this hotel. But during our stay, the housekeeper yelled at me because she had seen one of the dog's food bowl with our luggage and made an assumption we had brought the dog in the room. Then we got calls from the staff wanting to come do immediate inspections while my 3 year old daughter was napping. I told them to also check the video cameras throughout the hotel to believe us but apparently they didn't want to go through the trouble. We also left my laptop charger there and called several times to see if they would scan the room for us and call us back. They never called us back no matter how many times we called them. I think it's because they never believed us about the dog and felt like they had the right to totally disregard our request. read more

My Sister and her husband were recently in a bad motorcycle accident. To add insult to injury, a pipe burst in their home the day they were released from the hospital. This is where Springhill Suites in Moore comes in. Since they were unable to stay at home, I got them a room at the Springhill Suites in Moore. I explained the situation and Marriott even gave me a discounted rate. My Sister tells me the hotel is very nice and the service is great. I've been using Marriott for business travel for years, and wherever I go they are consistently better than any other chain I've tried. Very clean hotel About 1-2 miles away from lots of restaurants and shopping. Lots of fast food restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very courteous. We arrived about 1.5 hours before check in time and they went ahead and let us check into our room since they had it ready. read more

I have stayed at several Springhill Suites properties but it is my first time at this location. Upon my arrival, no one was at the front desk. I knocked and called out but no one was there! I surmise that there might be only one person working and he/she must take care of personal business in the restroom. After 7-8 minutes of waiting the front desk person showed up and apologized to me for the wait because he had to help a guest. He was friendly and courteous. He check me in very quickly. The room was spacious enough with usual amenities. The bed was clean and firm. Aside from a little wait, there wasn't anything for me to complain about. Wifi is free and parking is free. Just a note that there are several fast food joints within walking distance. But if you want a restaurant, you have to make a short drive. read more

I think this is a nice moderate hotel. It was really clean, and smelled fresh. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing was a huge crack in the sink in room 300. It would just be better to replace it rather than trying to do a cheap repair, and no one was at the desk for check out. Other than that it was good. read more

My family and I have been through some hard times and moved to this area a few months ago. We have had to live in this hotel since before Christmas. They took us in as family and we will forever have friends here. They completely changed my understanding of this industry and truly embody selflessness. This is the second time my youth group has stayed here on a mission trip! The staff is absolutely amazing, along with the hotel accommodations. There is plenty of space to gather, and the rooms are soooo nice! We stayed there for 6 days, and hated leaving. The staff is very cooperative. They have free breakfast, which is pretty good. The maid service is great giving us fresh towels every day since we were so dirty from manual labor. Definitely stay here is you are in Moore or OKC, love this place. We checked in late at night and the front desk girl was amazing. She even ran out to help me as I shuffled my kids and our luggage inside in some strong winds. Our room was immaculate and the beds were insanely comfortable! The breakfast in the morning was free and perfect. Eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, breads....and COFFEE. I have stayed at several of them but the bed here did not feel as soft and cozy as the other marriotts beds. Not sure if they changed mattresses or what. Kind of disappointing. read more

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. We decided to skip our original choice of lodgings and try Springhill instead due to the price of the room and I'm very glad we did. They are currently renovating, but the construction was not an inconvenience to us at all. The workers were quiet and polite, as were the hotel staff. The power did go off a couple of times, but only briefly. The lobby, our room, and the breakfast area were immaculately clean. My only concern is that the (very attractive) sliding doors in the bathroom are quite heavy and have tiny little handles that would be impossible for anyone with arthritis (or hand lotion) to get a grip on without accidentally flipping the lock. We were in one of the handicap accessible rooms and it seems an oversight to me. I know several small, older ladies who could have been trapped in there. read more

Nice clean hotel with a good location that has easy access to I-35. The room is clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is not Michelin-star worthy, but it will eat. The places to eat within walking distance are all fast food, but good restaurants are within driving distance. The hotel has all the amenities you would expect - pool and exercise room. Hotel is located right off of I-35 in Moore, OK. Contemporary design and colors are evident within the entire hotel and room. The rooms are large and can accommodate up to five guests since the rooms come with a seperate living room area that contains a sleeper sofa. The shower is also seperate from the toilet which is extremely convenient if there are three or more guests in each room. For those of you on a fast-food budget, there are four fast food restaurants (Taco Bell, KFC, A&W, and Long John Silvers) within walking distance of this hotel. I also enjoyed the free continental breakfast because they had many hot food selections including, bacon, sausage, and eggs. They also provided free cookies for a late afternoon snack and 24-hr free coffee and ice water in their lobby. Currently the entrance to the hotel is undergoing road construction, but I would definitely return to this Springhill Suites hotel even during their triple digit temperatures in the heat of the summer. read more

We are fans of Springhill suites, and this is the best one we've ever visited. Staff were friendly and helpful, the furnishings seem new, and everything has been very clean. Breakfast was the best of our 14 day road trip! Definitely recommend. My only concern is that it would have been nicer if the A/C would have been a little cooler- it was set on 62, but the room was a little in the warm side. read more

We stayed here twice, one week apart, and have decided this is one of our favorite hotels. The room is big enough for five (two adults, two teen boys, and a girl) and all of the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet, towels were clean and fluffy. We didn't have a chance to swim but the pool is on the large end for comparable hotels. The fitness room is next to the pool so you can watch the kids while they swim. The front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was good - standard offerings. On the first stay we had biscuits and gravy plus eggs. Today it was bacon and eggs. Also available: waffles, fruit, three kinds of cereal, bagels, muffins, and toast. Only cons: the tv is small and oddly placed, and on both visits we only had four towels, despite listing five guests on our reservation. Overall, great experience; everyone was happy (not always easy) with this hotel and we will stay again. read more
