son traveled from utah to Oklahoma for valentines weekend 2025 to be with his 2 young daughters. He always checks the rooms and beds. Well he found bedbugs! He put some in a cup went to the front desk and showed them. They gave him a different room. Needless to say they didn't comp anything. The new room was them making it "right". A 4 day weekend with his girls that he travels once month to see ended up as 3 sleepless nights and constantly checking everything! This is the 2nd hotel he has stayed at in the Oklahoma city area. I met a naked drunk man in the elevator. I let the front desk person know and he escorted me to my room. The man was waiting near the corner of the same floor I was staying as soon as we got off the elevator. Absolutely terrifying! Never ever again will I stay here. I asked for an immediate refund and ran out of there! read more

This location was a pleasant surprise. For the price, the room has an iron/refrigerator (most locations don't) as well as a comfortable bed(s), closet space and television. The shower is separate from the tub, which is nice. There are nice amenities such as a gym and pool area that is closest to the front desk. The hotel is located right next door to the Outback Steakhouse, and it is advisable to park on the right side of the hotel as opposed to the left (just to avoid the risk of getting towed, etc). There is a full breakfast offered, giving the rate a $10 value. If you need to head in the opposite end of the hotel, you'll have to do a U-turn to get on S. Broadway. Oh, and there is a Hertz rent a car next door, making it convenient to get a car for the day or week. Ultimately, this Sleep Inn is in a pretty safe place (in my opinion), and I'll certainly return here to stay. read more

We had a pleasant stay here. It is a little older place, but for the price we paid it was worth it. We rented a 2 room suite for $89 per night. On,y draw back is the suite had only one bath room. We ended up staying in the front building which is not connected to the main building. If the weather is bad it will be very inconvenient. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. They do seem to take their time to check folks in, but since I was not in hurry it was not a big deal. The breakfast does not really change from day to day. So if you stay here for an extended period expect to be served the same food each day. I've stayed at newer Sleep Inns in Texas, otherwise I would give them a better rating. Would I stay here again.....sure as long as I could get room for $89 or less. It is not worth the prices posted on the website. read more

The staff was accommodating, neat and professional. The clerk was a relatively new employee but anxious to meet my needs to provide a room without reservations. We stayed in the annex building. Would 100% not recommend to anyone. We saw a cockroach crawl across the desk in our room. We called the front desk and they offered a new room and apologized. Once we got to the new room we checked to make sure we did not see anymore. We looked under the microwave and found another. The front desk was nice about it and refunded us for the nights we had yet to stay. read more

Stayed here again recently to get away from the dang dog and cats who always want to sleep in bed with us then want to play at 3 am. Had a very nice time. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shower was a little "architectural feature" in the room with it's curved entrance. The was no bathtub in our room, if that matters to you. Breakfast was the standard hot breakfast and coffee and it was fine. For the relatively inexpensive price, and very good check in service, I raise my previous rating by one star. If you want the Ritz and can afford it, you won't be happy here. But for a clean, safe, comfortable get-away, this is a nice place. read more

My wife & I recently book a night here for our anniversary just to get away. You could tell everything was older, but had been redone. Really didn't bother us, especially for the price. The room was set up fine; no noise or light filtered in. We did notice that there was no tub, only a large shower. And the bathroom had a sliding door with a small latch that didn't quite latch... Staff was friendly, helpful, & efficient. The big exception being that housekeeping doesn't check with the front desk to see if guests have left or checked out before trying to clean rooms, so we had a pretty startling wake-up experience first thing one morning as they came into the room. We reported it to the front desk & they say they'd had it happen before & it was always reported to the manager, but nothing had changed. Hence the 3 stars. Not a bad place, but I don't really care to stay somewhere that staff can just barge into rooms at any time without checking for guests. read more

Annex building smelled horrible. Saw a mouse at ice machine. Sofa sleeper had hair from previous guest. When inquiring with staff about issues with items at breakfast attendant did not attempt to fix issue. Also was dismissed as if I was a crazy person. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. read more

I was in town for work and the job went longer than expected. Was booked one night here. The floors were creaky and uneven and the stairs seemed uneven as well. Kind of an odd sensation when walking. And no, I had not been drinking. There was no tub in the room, only a capsule type shower. Rooms are more European by design and I like that. Good amenities and decent furnishings in rooms. Furnishings in common areas are old and worn. Hallway carpets and elevator floors were dirty. Vending machines are across the parking lot in a separate satellite hotel. Not a horrible place to stay but don't expect too much. read more

Hotel was old not well kept. Room was clean but floors were uneven. Breakfast was a joke.

My husband and I were tired and cranky from a long day of driving when we walked into the lobby. All we expected was an average hotel with average amenities. But immediately we were greeted by a welcoming hotel clerk who made the check-in process very painless. She saw our discomfort and gave us a room not far from everything we could need or want there. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the room was; everything was in great shape and fresh. We slept well and the next morning found the breakfast area to be bright and welcoming. We got there close to closing up the buffet but everything was still fresh and plentiful with wonderful choices. Speaking to the manager at check out, I decided right there and then that we would always seek out a Sleep Inn & Suites whenever we travel. Thanks for the wonderful, refreshing visit. read more

Love this place! We stayed for $75 a night and it was clean, super comfy beds, and even had a granite countertop on the sink. It had an upgraded TV, furniture, etc. The ONLY downside is the carpet was kind of loose and there were things under it, like maybe the padding bundled up. I just kept my shoes on and I was fine. OK so we stayed here because I was visiting family. I liked the place. The breakfast was actually huge. Good selection of food. The only problem we had was the fact that the website I booked this on stated they had a hot tub when actually they took it out a couple years ago during the remodel. The rooms are a little small but were very clean. I kinda liked the capsule shower as well. All in all a good deal for the price we paid. My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on July 2. The beds were so uncomfortable. Hard as bricks. Both our backs and my left arm is sore because of it. The lady who checked us in was nice, but the night manager Aaron was not helpful at all when I made mention of how hard the mattresses were. He offered to give me more cover to pile on top of the mattress. What a joke. It was told to us that all the beds had been updated, but they must have forgotten about the mattresses in room 311 because they were hard as a rock. After contacting their corporate office on return, we were told they'd give us 800 reward points, but I don't ever intend to stay at a Sleep Inn ever again. First impressions are lasting and I learn from my first bad experience. I would not suggest this hotel if you want a good nights sleep. I'd also suggest that they change their name from Sleep Inn Suites to Stay awake tossing and turning all night. read more

About a week and a half ago i checked in. the lady at the front counter sharron was very rude and unprofessional she was talking bad about the mgmt and other employees. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there and ahe made a point to let me know that. I ignored her and went to my room. The rooms were decent. The next day i was making my way towards the lobby and i heard sharron arguing very loudly with I'm guessing her boss. Obviously they didn't care who was listening because they kept on arguing and it went on for awhile. This wasn't what i expected when i booked my stay with them. But it will be my last time. But not all the staff was horrible there were two ladies sara and Stephanie who went above and beyond. They were super friendly and very helpful. read more

The room seemed nice. The initial presentation of the room when walking into it was pretty good. The complimentary breakfast included the basics (coffee, rolls, cold cereal, orange juice and waffles). The 3-person hot tub was very hot and felt nice however it was a little small and the timer-switch for the bubbles was across the room. The pool was a little on the cold side and is only 4.5 feet at the deepest end, but a pool nonetheless. The one thing that I would complain about, and I'm not sure how common this is or isn't, is that the ladies that do the room cleaning didn't speak a bit of English. I went to ask for more towels for our room and she had no idea what I was trying to say. I ended up going to the front desk to get some towels. One thing that I did like is that they have 2 computers in the main lobby that are available to anyone at anytime. They have a 20 minute timer on them that automatically signs the user out which is nice because you don't end up waiting 2 hours for some nerd to get done doing his thing on the internet. Another thing that I liked is that if you are visiting someone who is attending college at Oklahoma Christian University (OCU), you get a special rate. Overall I would say that I was pleased with my experience there. read more
