yelp keeps flagging my review saying i have not had a personal experience with this company. however, i have had a personal experience with this dump of a company!!! they keep sending me unsolicited mail and i have called them about 50 times now to remove me from their list, they say they will but never do. they will leave me no choice but to proceed with legal action against them if i get another flyer from them. this is my personal experience with this crappy company. i can see why they are so desperate for business because based on other reviews here they have very few return customers and looks like other reviewers say they burn your lawn. my personal experience with this company is that their customer service sucks, based on my numerous interactions via phone w/them trying to get them to stop sending their frigging flyers to me!! this company sucks!! update: today 4/25/19 i get another flyer from these jerks!! i tried calling these idiots to tell them again to take us off their list, of course this company sucks so bad that nobody answered so i left voicemail on their general mailbox. this company is a sham company and a bunch of scum! Update 4/26/19, so yesterday at 12:15 after I called and left these turds a voicemail the returned my call about two hours later. Some bimbo whose name started w/the letter K (cant remember her name) said they will take us off their mailing list, (same BS line they gave me when I called them the 1st time). This bimbo proceeds to tell me that they send their ads in bulk and I may got another one. Here is an idea, if you were a good business, people would call you and you don't need to harass everyone with your useless ads!!! As I have state before, this company sucks, if use them you will be sorry because as evidenced by other reviewers here, your lawn will turn brown if you use them. This why these a-holes need to pollute the world not only w/their chemicals but also their flyers, how many trees do they kill every year for the paper for their ads/flyers??? JERKS!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! One star is truly too generous for this "company". The customer service is as dreadful as can be. They continually sprayed only part of my property. I had weeds and asked that they come out to spray for them. I work out of the house and made myself very clear, that when the guy comes out, he ring/knock so that I could discuss with him 1) my property line- which they can't get right; 2) my weed problem. The guy called me the day before he came out. He agreed to ring the bell BEFORE doing anything. He did not. He sprayed and left a scribbled note on the back of a Mapquest printout telling me that he sprayed. Not long after that my lawn was half dead. Whatever he did to rid the lawn of the weeds, killed the lawn. I waited to see if it would grow back. It did not. I called the office multiple times. I was told that I would get a call back from a manager but NEVER did. Never. I called the corporate office. Same problem. Never received the promise call back. I finally spoke with someone who said that they would review the $35 bill (since I had no intention of paying it). While I waited for a call back from that review, I received a collections notice for the money. At this point, the company claims that the dead grass was from some kind of bug and that they seeded the area. I contend that the guy seeded the EXACT area that he killed where the weeds once were. Yes, they killed the weeds. But they also killed the grass and were completely unavailable to discuss it. Dave or Scott are the managers at the Cicero office who would not respond to me. Rick is the manager at the corporate office who has not called back when promised. Small claims court is next. STAY AWAY FROM SPRING-GREEN!! read more

After buying my house 5 years ago, I tried for a couple of years to kill the weeds on my lawn myself. However, it became an impossible job. So I hired Spring-Green to treat my lawn and kill the weeds. The job they have done has fulfilled my expectations and I have used them now for the past three years. I mainly use them to get rid of the weeds, which they have done. After each time they come, they leave a receipt at the door telling what they have done. They also sometimes give recommendations on how to improve the lawn. Overall, my experience has been good with this company. read more

They make sure that they explain everything along the way. They also are great at recommending the next applications that are needed and the purpose for them. The installer was very curious and performed his job effectively with a smile. My grass is starting to look much better and hopefully with this application I will be getting rid of more weeds and my Grunn infestation will be eliminated with my Grubb application.
