This is a nice quiet little park tucked away that most people don't seem to know about, even if…read morethey live in the two neighborhoods that share a border with it. The city recently installed bathrooms on site, planted additional trees, a sun shield over the playground to lower the impact from the sun and keep the kiddies cooler, and some workout stations. Additionally, as mentioned before it does have a paved walking trail and pavilion. Along the trail there are two perpetually stocked dog waste bag stations and trash cans so folks can clean up after their pets. There is no water fountain at this park and I hope they install one with a dog fountain attachment at the bottom someday soon (the thought of drinking out of the bathroom is gross to me,sorry).Go here in the early morning or closer to dusk.

The downfall is the nets are a bit old and there's no light when it gets dark. There's also a restroom which is a plus, but it's closed I believe until March. Plenty of parking on multiple sides also which is a plus. They have a huge playground area for the young ones . They have picnic tables as well so you can make a nice little family event. Overall this park is pretty cool and my girls really enjoyed it. We for sure will go back. Nice set up to accommodate everyone.

Then, we visited the recently renovated children's playground that has a large playground structure, swings, a zipline, and a warped wall. There are also at least two bathrooms located throughout the park- always a plus. Oh, and there's also two dog parks and a swimming pool, plus ample parking. If you're looking for a fun place to take your kid or go for a walk or run, this is a great spot. It gets quite crowded in the summer, but hey, it's popular for a reason.
