So, I put $30 on a card, washed 4 loads, dried 2 in one dryer, and had $1.38 left. I tried to add the required funds for the last machine but they have a $10 minimum. I only needed $2.12. You cannot get a refund on your unused money. What a scam. You also cannot enter exact amounts. For example.if I had wanted to purchase $32.12 on the card I would have been forced to pay $40. When I needed help, I started asking around for an employee. Searched high and low. Turned out the woman standing four feet away from me the entire time I was actively, politely, asking if anyone worked here was the attendant on duty. Find ANY OTHER laundromat.
