Many times you do not receive that type of greeting from your own doctor. He spent time with me and answered all my questions that I had. I use this facility quite often and I have always been treated in a friendly & professional manner by staff, PA's and doctors. As a nurse now on the outside of the health profession, I have learned that it takes several months to get an appointment with your own doctor when you are sick. I am so thankful that we have these Emergency Center's that are staffed by PA,s and NP's. You may have to wait to be seen, but at least they are willing to see you. When your doctor is unable to see you, the first thing they tell you is to go to the ER. This Emergency Center does not work from 9:00 AM to 5:PM.

Then I was handed off to the triage nurse Joe. He was super friendly, we were laughing and chatting the whole time and he made me feel very at ease. My nurse Courtney was the same. There was another patient there that was very unwell mentally and was screaming at the nurses and doctors over and over and every one of them remained impressively calm and composed.
