My MIL sends photos and they are unlike anything I have ever seen. Trust me on this. Tell them what you generally want, and ask them to create a bouquet of their choosing. When they were delivered, my sisters dog approached and jumped up in an excited manner, as one's dog does when someone rings the doorbell. Not thinking anything of it, my sister receives a phone call from this establishment claiming her dog "horrendously" bit an employee, and were reporting her dog to animal control, while leaving a voicemail that she will be billed for any further medical expenses. Thankfully, animal control assessed the situation and ruled that whomever claimed they were bit was lying, and therefore dropped the incident. My family and I found it extremely disturbing that an establishment would allow an employee to come onto our property and later harass and accuse us of something so far fetched, while trying to get money from my sister, who is a local college student. After chatting with animal control when the situation was diffused, we attempted to chat with the manager, who did not have a kind word to say to us. We have NEVER experienced something like this before, as we are local business owners in the area and take care of our clients. We have already contacted clients in the Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville area to let them know- if you want your animal falsely reported for biting and your family financially harassed, by all means, this is the place!

When you live in the "concrete jungle" you must make it a living, breathing space whenever possible. However, my dearest friend lives in NWA and often I want to buoy her spirits with flowers. Lately I have been terribly disappointed with the more typical floral arrangements that are available. And I detest the cheap glass containers that are produced by the millions and look so very blah. This time, rather than defaulting to another FTD florist, I went to Yelp and truly studied the comments made about each florist. I also looked at the photos that were available. It became instantly apparent that Flora and Pam Pemberton were very different in their approach and in the outcome for their clients. The picture of the flowers for Bailey was exactly what I had in mind - simple and yet gorgeous in that simplicity. I called Pam and her warmth radiated across the phone to me. We had a wonderful conversation about all things BUT flowers before we even started on the order! I had made a friend. She seemed to understand perfectly that I just did not want another cookie-cutter arrangement. When I hung up I felt as if I was in professional hands and that my order would be filled quickly and artistically. (Oh, did I forget to tell you that I called at the last minute? Yes, I called at 1:00 PM to see if I could still get a delivery that day! It did not phase her a bit) When my flowers arrived there were tears of joy and an appreciation for their artistic difference. The entire office was stunned by how very different and how beautiful they were. Pam even later sent a paragraph that helped us all know more about the artist who threw the pot that held the flowers. I worked with Megan, the shop owner, starting in May of 2024 on a bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and 3 boutonnières. We had a consultation, I provided them with photos of my inspiration, as well as budget, wedding colors, and general other details. Together we picked out florals that would match from Megan's suggestions and I was assured it would be no issue achieving my look (first picture, cascading bouquet design of fall colors, eucalyptus, roses, etc). Months later, after numerous consultations, signing a contract, paying both my deposit and full payment, I double checked the shop hours and saw they'd be closed the day of my wedding. Upon inquiring about this, they charged me an additional fee to "stay open" the day we already contracted and paid them for, claiming it was a mistake, to pick up my flowers. Less than a week before my wedding, they emailed me saying they couldn't get my flowers in and I'd need to pick new ones. After a stressful call and being assured that, too, was a mistake... the morning of my wedding I received a text message with photo 2 and what they claimed was my bouquet (the red and pink). It looked nothing like my inspiration. Megan claimed she knew the flowers came in the wrong color and I should have been told ahead of time but that flower colors fluctuate and it was out of her control. She also saw no issue with the shape. The morning of my wedding turned into a huge fiasco. Megan inappropriately kept trying to come to our airbnb to "fix it" after being told we had no space for her, my mom had to miss her original hair appointment to go to the shop instead (which, we had to wait for them because it turned out they were actually open doing deliveries for another wedding that day anyway?) and we ended up with photo 3, some poorly sprayed (they ran out of spray midway through) roses and peach carnation bouquets that didn't match anything, with purple wax flowers that were meant to be white, alongside filler we never agreed on and was never in our signed proposal. When I called for a refund, Megan put her husband on the phone who told me "he saw our wedding and it looked fine to him" so he saw no issue (I'm not sure how, we have yet to get the photos back from our photographer - she hasn't even began working on them yet - and they weren't at our wedding of course, which was a private venue, but that's besides the point). He was incredibly rude. They offered no real accountability or apology and only kept telling me they take pride in their business. I settled for my flowers for my late October wedding and was really disappointed in the end. It was a beautiful bouquet, but it was not what I envisioned or what I was promised. It looked nothing like what I paid for and did not match my decorations or colors at all. I ended up cancelling my bouquet preservation. We ask that in the future your business be more transparent about color fluctuations (especially for things like weddings when palates are important and you're making the suggestions for clients) and your abilities in consultations, that your communication improve, and that you're upfront about bait and switch or hidden fees EDIT: lowering my review to 1 star because owner texted me at 12:30am begging me to remove the review - not because they're taking accountability, making changes and apologizing - because "they know it could have gone better but they're a family owned small business and want to pass it to their kids one day and reviews area important to them".
