They are quick to point out if there was a problem getting a spot out of your garment. King Star the people are friendly here and they do their work on site so the turn around time is much quicker. This is by no means a five star situation. They are flexible with their hours they say they open at 6:30 AM but I have often stopped and they have not been open yet or in the case of December 31, without notice they closed at 3PM. Not too bad for me but for the woman that needed her shirts for Jan 1 work day it was a bummer. They often ask me if something is mine, this does not make me feel warm and fuzzy. They mark everything that comes in, I know because they do not remove their tags when you pick up the item. I used to work in a dry cleaners this is not hard to do during the packaging process, but they do not do it. I haven't had any bad experiences here but some of their operation could use some tightening up. It's a damn sight better than their neighbors across the street. They did everything well but the poor treatment of customers forced me to go elsewhere. I'm willing to roll those dice for friendlier folks.

I got home only to see they stapled the "special" tag directly through the collar and ripped the fabric. A careless choice when the tag for the shirt is right there!
