The gentleman said there is one person ahead of you and they said okay. 10 to 13 minutes later the piercer came out with a blanket wrapped around her and said she was going to take the group that came in after me when I was first. That was rude and disrespectful. I said okay and walked out. One of the girls went to the back while I was waiting for that 10 to 13 minutes. I did a lot of research beforehand and saw that Claire had great reviews, and now I completely understand why. She was incredibly professional, patient, and most importantly, amazing with my 5-year-old daughter. As a parent, that matters more than anything. One thing I really appreciated was that she doesn't use a piercing gun. I didn't even realize that was important until doing research online, but she took the time to explain why a needle is safer and more precise. That immediately gave me confidence that we were in the right place. She was also very intentional with the placement. She didn't rush anything, carefully marked the ears, checked with us multiple times, and made sure we were 100% comfortable before moving forward. That level of care really stood out. The whole process felt calm, thoughtful, and professional, which made a huge difference for my daughter's experience. Claire made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy and positive.
