From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive, which, if you've been searching for a new pup, you know is important and rare. They answered all of our questions, sent updates and pictures as Cosmo was aging to perfection, and made the transaction so easy. On the day we came to pick up our new baby, we were provided with detailed directions to their home, and instructions on what we should do upon arrival, paying close attention to safety precautions due to COVID-19. Once we arrived and met our new guy, Debbie's years of experience with dog breeding was apparent. She had all of our paperwork, lists of medications, supplies for our trip home, and went over everything with us to be sure we had no questions. Two days after bringing Cosmo home, he went to the veterinarian and they gave him a great bill of health, and also commended Ford's lil Paws for their thoroughness. And the kennel techs Layla and Aliyah obviously love animals, they were just as sad to see him go as I felt dropping him off. For the first time in his 8 year life he was excited to see vet staff. He started throwing up after eating and they called me and the emergency number I left. When I brought him in to the vet another occasion the techs and assistants remembered him (who aren't part of boarding) he got lots of pets and love. The vet herself was extremely patient and kind and dumbed down things for me. *MAINLY* my boy is reactive and they made sure that he wouldn't have to be in the lobby with other animals. I beyond reccomend this facility, it is full of knowledgeable and caring professionals.
