If you go with someone else, then you can get beds next to each other, and it won't feel as weird. You start with a foot soak in a tub of warm water that has little nodules on the bottom that you can massage your feet on that. Then they give you a head massage and do your feet and lower legs after. You flip over to your stomach and then they massage your back and finish with hot stones! My massage therapist used her knees on my back and got some really deep knots out. They are very professional and courteous. When we left, they gave us a cup of hot tea and a bottle of water. Make sure to tip your massage therapist well! A 90 minute massage is only $60. They live off of their tips. Don't be cheap! They also have a rewards program using a card that they sign each time you go there.
