I've never had a root canal so i guess i can't complare them to anyone on that front but i do have some dental trauma in my past and while I'm mostly past it i still get nervous. They treated me so kind and caring from the moment i called till wayyyyyy after i got my root canal. The dr is awesome, great at what he does! And the supporting staff is just as wonderful, including everyone who works at the desk. I had trouble with my insurance and they were kind about it every time they had to call and leave me another voicemail, never badgering or blaming. Very professional and kind. 10/5 stars.

I had been a patient of hers several years ago and this is why I came back. I called on a Tuesday morning because my tooth pain was getting worse and worse. My regular dentist (who I should but won't name) kinda shrugged if off. He sent me on my way with a tube of Sensodyne. I was in luck that there was a cancellation and I went to Dr Bills office right away. It's a super convenient Cary location. All of her staff is super warm and caring. She even has a therapy dog on staff !!! She numbed me up really well and the procedure was painless. She and her assistant chat the entire time so that really keeps your mind off of what is going on in your mouth. I would so HIGHLY recommend Dr Bills and her staff. A root canal isn't really that bad.

I was referred to Peak by my dentist after shadows showed at the roots of all four of my first…read moremolars. I was quoted nearly $700 for scans and a consultation because they wanted to perform a CBCT scan on all four teeth. One of those teeth had previously been treated by Advanced Endo, so I went there to confirm the treatment plan for that specific tooth first (as a follow up). While I was there, they offered to do the same CBCT scan for half the cost Peak quoted--and only needed to scan once for the entire mouth. I agreed, especially since Peak had told me over the phone that I could bring in the scan on a thumb drive for them to review. Advanced Endo also confirmed they use the same software and had previously received scans from Peak. When I finally had my consultation with Peak, they took the thumb drive to the back while I waited in the lobby. They came back and claimed they couldn't read the scan and said, "We'll have to redo it for $500." That didn't make sense--how could they not view the scan? And why was the price different from what I was originally quoted? Since I couldn't afford additional scans, I took my thumb drive and left. Out of curiosity, I did a quick Google search and was able to open and view the scans myself on a standard laptop--no special software needed. I called Peak to let them know, but the conversation went nowhere. I kept getting different explanations each time about why they couldn't use the scan. They eventually offered a "discount," but at that point I wasn't willing to pay anything more after being told I could use the original scan. I decided to take my business elsewhere and share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Advanced Endo and Ritter Endo are far superior to this office. I can tell something was off after the root canal was done. I came back three months later and they told me that they could not do much and that I would have to come back after a year for them to see what everything is looking like. I've had previous recalls before and I can tell when it is done properly usually by how the tooth is feeling afterwards. Three months later with pain when I initially went in for the pain, didn't make any sense. I paid a lot, and I was given some trouble at the front desk when I was being charged numbers that did not make sense and that were not presented to me prior. Overall, the quality was not there. Two years later and I'm still dealing with the infection that they were supposed to fix.

The hygienists talk to you while they work. - One of the front desk ladies is abrasive. It was off putting after my pleasant experience. - I've had issues with my insurance in the past and they helped me work around the problem. - Don't call during lunch hours; nobody's there to answer your call. Overall, I haven't had a bad experience yet and I'd highly recommend their services.

When it came time for the exam and I explained that I was interested in the in-office whitening, the dentist was very negative about it with not wanting to set a date for an appointment because they would have to schedule it when they had sufficient office staff and that wouldn't be possible for several weeks. I think they are going through a merge/buy out situation??? it is all very weird. I have never dealt with a company that advertises that they offer something then don't want to schedule it.

For starters, I already stated on the phone that I am coming in for a cleaning and I do not want an x-ray, just need a cleaning. On the day of appointment, I had to wait over 40 minutes to get called to the back. Was not told an update at any point. When the lady called me back, she wanted me to have an x-ray and I stated no, I am pregnant. She had to talk to multiple people while I waited in the hallway so they could figure out if they could work with me. They asked me to call me OB to get an approval, but I personally did not want an x-ray while pregnant and I came in for a cleaning. By then, it is already an hour past my appointment. The dentist had to come in, ask me why I didn't want an x-ray once again, checked my teeth and agreed that they could do a cleaning without x-rays. Then the hygienist comes in, ask me why once again, observes my teeth and agrees with a cleaning but stated that I need to come back another day unless I wanted to wait ANOTHER 25-30 minutes because the patient after me was already there and is waiting for her. I work in the health field and fully aware of providers running behind and professionalism. Making your patients wait without checking on them, making your patients feel unheard repeatedly, and making your patients feel unimportant is why I will not be going back and why I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

He explained everything as he was working, patient, gentle and kind. The Doctor was awesome as well. She was super sweet, assured me I was doing ok... and we came up with a care plan. I feel relieved now that it's over. The office staff was great, too. Looking forward to finally having a great dental office and I'll keep up with my cleaning.

This one…read moregot great reviews so I scheduled appointment and I have to say the dentist search continues. Everybody was nice there but it was really weird. The dental hygienist kept measuring the gums what felt like forever and when she finally got into cleaning part she skipped several teeth. Not very throughout. The dentist was standing at the background and just watching, it was little creepy and once he came to check my teeth he was acting somewhat odd. I won't return to this place.
