I went in on a Friday and the mattress was delivered the very next day. The only reason it was not the same day is because I came very late in the afternoon. I had to make a change to the delivery time the next morning and Richard was most understanding and accommodating. There was a bit of a mix up with them taking away my old mattresses (which they were kind enough to do) and they stood by they're word and did return to pick them up. All I can say is that Richard went above and beyond to exemplify excellent customer service for me for a twin mattress set. The warehouse is HUGE and they do a lot of business on a much larger scale. If a business is willing to give professionalism and honor to customers on a small scale such as mine, you can just imagine what they will do with your business!! Don't give up believe it ~~there are still great people in this world with integrity and pride in they're workmanship who truly care and value each customer no matter how big or small.
