When we entered the store a sales person greater us and asked us if we needed any assistance. We told him that we where interested in purchasing a twin size mattress for the little guy. He then walked us over to the section where they had the mattresses for kids, he also mentioned that all the mattresses in the store come in twin sizes. After checking out the selection we pull the trigger on the memory foam matters for our son. He checked if he had it in stock which he did, he then proceeded to ring us up. After paying he had a worker assist me with loading it into our car. He even had me try to see if the mattress fits in my car before paying which was really nice of them to do. I would recommend this place, it might not look fancy as other mattress stores but they have great selection with great prices. Person who sold us the mattress was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and was not pushy or eager to close the sale.

I guess they didn't have California king size and instead of just saying so, here's what they delivered and installed in my absence! (See enclosed pictures). They put two smaller ones side by side and the whole thing broke in the middle of the night when I was asleep. I have every intention of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the local chamber of commerce. Bunch of charlatans! Don't trust the few good reviews as they must be from their friends or family members.

Kerri was incredibly knowledgeable about the various pillow types and helped me determine which would best match my sleeping style. She was remarkably patient, switching out different pillows for me to test multiple times. I struggled to decide between the Harmony Medium and the Dreamlayer because both were so comfortable. Kerri seemed to genuinely care about finding a solution for my neck issues rather than just making a sale. I ultimately chose the Dreamlayer, and I haven't had any neck pain since! It is truly the perfect pillow for my body type and sleep style. The entire in-store experience was pleasant. I never felt pressured or like I was being "sold" to. Kerri is proof that great customer service still exists and that people still take pride in their work.

Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They were so kind and just overall, happy to help. Furniture Corner is a family-owned business that is ran by honest merchants. It is such a great asset to the Reseda / Northridge community.
