If you want an honest review about Spring In The Air, here is my experience: I've now ordered from them 4 times. My first order, unfortunately, arrived one day late due to a problem with the shipper. Upon calling Spring In The Air, they: (1) apologized profusely even though I know the delay was NOT their fault, (2) personally called FedEx on my behalf to get a updated status on the shipment to help me track it, (3) fully refunded my payment, and (4) offered me a 15% lifetime discount on all my future orders. I thought to myself "WOW... this company truly goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers!" That experience earned my business for life. Since then, I have ordered from them 3 more times. I am happy to say that every shipment has arrived on time. As for the quality of the roses, they are absolutely breathtaking! They are truly the BEST ROSES IN THE WORLD! Before ordering with them, it's important for you to know that the roses do not arrive arranged... instead, they arrive in a long white box and you'll need to open the box, tear off the outer layer of rose petals (which protect the roses during shipment) and, finally, trim the bottoms and arrange them to your liking. They include a card with a link to a YouTube Video with tips on arranging and caring for them. On a personal note, my GF has always been BLOWN AWAY by the roses we've received. I've ordered several different colors and quantities and they've always been stunning! Plus, I will selfishly admit that I feel great when she brags to her friends that her roses were directly shipped to her from South America! No Walmart roses for my baby... and no roses from a local florist where they sit for over a week in a refrigerator. The roses from Spring In The Air are HUGE, long-stemmed roses and they're freshly cut right before shipment. Due to this, they remain beautiful for WEEKS with proper care. Seriously, I took a three week trip after ordering the last roses for my GF and when I returned home, they were gorgeous. As for pricing, Spring In The Air skips the "middle-men" so you receive 25 (or more) long stemmed roses for the same price you'd pay for 12 long-stemmed roses from your local florist. Sure, you might find a slightly better price at Walmart or Costco, but they won't be NEAR the quality as the roses you'll receive from Spring In The Air. Finally, the last order I placed was this past Valentine's Day (02/14/17) and my roses arrived on time... but the very next day, a second shipment of roses arrived to my door. I was so confused but, upon opening the box, found a note that said they wanted to send me 25 MORE COMPLIMENTARY ROSES just as a thank you for my business. Seriously, I was stunned. I mean, who does that??? I hadn't left any reviews online (yet) and it was only my 4th time ordering from them, but they still sent them to me. Needless to say, they sure know how to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! Due to all of my great experiences with them, I knew I had to write some reviews on their behalf... and I'm more than happy to do it! In closing, I'm not the type of person to leave good reviews. I generally only review a company online when they've done something to lose my business, so it's amazing that I finally get to review a company who has done so much to earn my business. Gorgeous & fragrant roses!!! Sent 25 lavender roses to a colleague. The roses were beautiful & fragrant from the moment she opened the box. These are the most fragrant roses I've ever smelled! They smell delicious! The office had a lovely scent the entire life of the roses. Initially, I was skeptical because the lavender roses are more of a pink color on the outer pedals. However, when the buds opened, the inside pedals were a lovely shade of lavender. Really impressed with the quality of the roses and certainly can't beat the prices! I love that I can afford to send more than a dozen roses through Spring in the Air for the price of a dozen roses at a typical florist or from other sites that are also direct from the farm sites. Loved these so much that I just re-ordered them and sent them to a family member. Very pleased w/ the quality of the rose & the price. read more

Always the best! I've been using Spring In The Air (SITA) exclusively for roses over the past few years and have ALWAYS been satisfied. As some of the roses from my most recent order started to wilt quickly, without saying a word to SITA, a package of 25 roses unexpectedly arrived on my doorstep as a thank you from SITA for being a loyal customer. No complaint was ever made and I'm not making one thru this review. With service like that, how can you complain? The flowers are GORGEOUS. They are all in perfect condition and delivered by FedEx on the date I specified. You can tell that this company really cares about their customers by making a video on how to take care of the flowers and also included flower food in the package. It is a perfect gift for girls that genuinely love flowers as they come in a box without fancy wrappings. For me, it is the quality of the roses that matters as they can last way longer. After a week, the roses are still blooming and I am glad that I have bought these from spring in the air. read more

I placed Orders for each of my sisters to be delivered on the same date and two orders for Valentines day. Each one was wowed on how beautiful their roses were. One of my Nieces kept telling her Mother a week later " I cannot believe how beautiful those roses are". I am so happy that they were happy and overjoyed and surprised. Well her I am valentines day no flowers for her she got me presents but my flowers are in Columbia. Seems the export license was not up to date. No hey you better find something else email with time to spare no that didn't happen my flowers are still in Columbia and my name is now dirt. Would not by a truckload of flowers from these people for a dollar. I sent my bf some red and pink roses for Valentine's day he didn't know that I was going to be doing this. Once he received the flowers he called me and told me that he loves them and told me that they were so beautiful and smelled like no other flowers. He said that I was the best gf ever. I ordered roses for my wife and they are perfect. Delivered by FedEx exactly when they said they would. I've ordered from a lot of places and have learned that not all roses are created equal. These are exactly what you'd hope for, perfect, full blooms, long stems without thorns, deep red petals with no imperfections. They made me look great to my Valentine.
