When I reached out, the company offered only 10 percent off a future order, implied I hadn't watered them, and replied with sarcasm. They even sent me a screenshot of ChatGPT to justify how long flowers should last instead of taking any responsibility. This was some of the most unprofessional communication I've ever received from any business, let alone one claiming to be "luxury." Maybe they should use ChatGPT to learn how to provide better customer service. Do yourself a favor, and shop elsewhere for better products & better service.
