We needed to prep our home, care for our pets and a senior member of our household. I informed your office by email on September 7th hoping for some level of consideration. I was not asking for a refund as I understand you cannot control natural disasters. However, I am disappointed to learn that as of September 13th I have not received a single response from your company. We are long time repeat customers that have spent thousands of dollars with Virgin/Gate 1. Other companies I have long standing relationships with such as Delta Airlines and American Express have both reached out with concern and assistance. We picked your company because we thought it was a company that offered a bit more personal service. I would not expect some standard corporate answer referencing a lack of trip insurance. However, I have not even received that response. Is this what I can expect from your company if I book another trip? There was no problem collecting the $11K we paid well in advance. Very disappointing. The trip was booked through Virgin Vacations but all of our documents and badges list Gate 1. The Virgin website also list the Gate 1 location in PA. So far nobody from either company has responded. I tried to offer this feedback on your website but the links are broken.

The second part of the trip was taking the Rocky Mountaineer across Canada by train. When we tried to get the train in Vancouver we found we weren't even booked for the Rocky Mountaineer. We booked the seats a year ahead of time. What a disappointment. We were booked on another line that was like a commuter service. I complained to AAA Warminster. They have acknowledged their mistake but have not compensated me missing the train we planned on. I have been on the phone 10-15 times since August with the assistant Manager but received no resolution yet. Help

I chose this location because it was close and I needed FBI fingerprinting completed. There was…read moreone person in front of me and it took 20 minutes to fingerprint her. I have never seen it take so long and my appointment meant nothing due to how slow they were with the process and had no care to get it done on time. There was only one person doing it but there were 6 employees standing around doing nothing. The other employees kept pulling the 1 person who was doing the fingerprinting after she had finished the appointment before me making it an even longer wait. It was a bit frustrating I've had this fingerprinting done multiple times before at other locations and it has taken 5-10 minutes max. It's all digital and should be quick and painless. Choose somewhere else for fingerprinting.
