I chose this location because it was close and I needed FBI fingerprinting completed. There was one person in front of me and it took 20 minutes to fingerprint her. I have never seen it take so long and my appointment meant nothing due to how slow they were with the process and had no care to get it done on time. There was only one person doing it but there were 6 employees standing around doing nothing. The other employees kept pulling the 1 person who was doing the fingerprinting after she had finished the appointment before me making it an even longer wait. It was a bit frustrating I've had this fingerprinting done multiple times before at other locations and it has taken 5-10 minutes max. It's all digital and should be quick and painless. Choose somewhere else for fingerprinting. read more

Returned trip booked by AAA Warminster from end of July to second week of August 2025. First half of trip was great. Went to Glacier National Park in Montana. The second part of the trip was taking the Rocky Mountaineer across Canada by train. When we tried to get the train in Vancouver we found we weren't even booked for the Rocky Mountaineer. We booked the seats a year ahead of time. What a disappointment. We were booked on another line that was like a commuter service. I complained to AAA Warminster. They have acknowledged their mistake but have not compensated me missing the train we planned on. I have been on the phone 10-15 times since August with the assistant Manager but received no resolution yet. Help read more

Was told to come to office to transfer title. Came in to office , they said they were too busy to handle the transfer. No customers were in the office. there were 4-5 employees basically doing nothing. Manager said she was going to a meeting and to come back sometime next week. Very lazy person. Rude and provided no customer service. Worst experience ever. read more

This by far has been the worst experience ever the customer service was terrible. The front desk lady was horrible rude not courteous her temper was disgusting. I waited in line for her to finish up her roadside assistance. Call for her to tell me I'm late to my appointment by five minutes and can no longer be seen, but she did me a favor. When my policy was up for renewal and I called and tried to cancel, Carol was unprofessional and extremely argumentative. She refused to allow me to cancel the policy. I got the policy for a family member and she said they would have to cancel even though the policy was in my name!!! The family member was unavailable. I had to jump through hoops and make numerous phone calls to get this matter resolved. Carol put me on hold (I'm still on hold AFTER I got this resolved and while I am typing this note). Why she has me on hold I don't understand but it's creepy. Think twice before you get a Triple A policy. read more

I was recently visiting my mother and happened to see her AAA bill on the table. I noticed she was being billed $123 per year. I asked if she had any associate members on her account because that amount was more than I was paying for three members on my own membership from another region. When she moved to Pennsylvania, she told the associate that she wanted the same level of membership that she had at her previous club (basic or classic). Upon looking at the bill and reviewing the rates, I discovered she was being charged for the highest level of membership AAA offers - Premier. Taking advantage of a senior citizen and charging her almost 3 times the amount of dues per year for services she did not need, authorize or use it is unconscionable. Be very wary of the business practices of the AAA in this region. If associates are rewarded or compensated for upgrading members to services, then that practice should stop. Like those practices from many other organizations that have been caught, if this is a philosophy AAA subscribe to, it is ripe for associate abuse. read more

Terrible. Very expensive. They towed my wife there when our car wouldnt start when fuel pump went. They wanted $730.00 and that was with my premier membership and i am an employee. They are always more expensive than a regular shop. I had it towed home at a cost of $130.00 Turned out the new pump cost 19.00 o. Amazon and was so easy to put in on my Volvo it took a whole 10mn. Very disappointed but happy to know that so I know what happens to members. I worked at AAA for just under 2 yrs and can say for Roadside assistance they are the best. Everything else no. read more

My father and I have been loyal members over 30 yrs. After talking to him, I found out he was paying more than I was. My 82 yr old dad gets a bill and he pays it. Turns out, 2 yrs ago, they sent him a bill with an upgrade from Plus to Premium. He didn't realize and paid the bill. This year, we both paid our renewal in April even though our cycle isn't until June 1. Dad realized what happened and wanted to go back to Plus. We called customer service and they won't refund him because he already sent his check in and it's not their policy. He can change next year, but too bad for this year, all because he paid early. After 30 years, I doubt I will renew. read more

Never have i written a review for a facility before, but i just want my voice to be heard. As a new member of AAA, i am so disappointed with the service that Warrington office AAA provided. Very rude and was not able to show professionalism while providing service for their customer. I was there in order to process for tag and title, submitted my lien holder information for my car three weeks ago, and never been updated with the process. No one replied my email. the extension number did not work (It was for someone else), rude clerk, unable to contact manager and supervisor, and leaving me with frustration. AAA, especially Warrington office, please do know that you are providing services for general public. This review really concerns the AAA Roadside Assistance program, not the Warrington location. Just about ready to get rid of my membership, due to lack of value. The only handle the first 5 miles of the tow, 10 would be more appropriate. Spent a long time on the phone explaining where I was, they even used my cell phone gps but still sent the tow truck to the wrong place. Did not explain details about the tow, such as, driver needs to be paid for tolls, to and from, in cash. They make a big deal about sending text messages but had most important information wrong. The only other reason I would use AAA would be for travel, and all of that information is available on the internet for free. Based upon the number of new locations they must be making a great deal (too much) of money. read more

This store has thus far provided one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Pennsylvania is tough enough do deal with for getting cars registered, but to deal with unneeded incompetence makes it worse. We came in over four weeks ago and submitted our information to get our car titled. Kathleen at Tag and Title said 'it could be up to four weeks' until they get the title from the leinholder. I checked in after one week, then two weeks and after four weeks. I asked, have you even reached out to the leinholder? Kathleen said, 'we only have a fax number'. I had to call them back to give them the phone number, which is on the leinholder's main website. Meanwhile, my wife called the leinholder and found out that they had never received the fax from AAA, and that Kathleen (if she had bothered to fax the information at all), had been sitting on her $@& for four weeks expecting something to happen but doing nothing to ensure that the process was moving forward. And now we have to wait additional time for everything to be sent and processed. Did I mention that PA requires you to title a car within 20 days of moving? Don't expect that when you have AAA on your side, at least not at this office. Go there if you need maps, because otherwise the five people working there can't be bothered to do anything. read more

Tried today for basic notary service, first they said no because the paper to be notarized stated "person of sound mind", which they could not attest to, then they changed their mind and stated I needed a witness, so I called home for a witness to drive down, then stated no again, then stated if they could find an affidavit paper they might get the witness to sign, then held onto my papers while they unsuccessfully looked for the affidavit paper. I left, drove 5 minutes away Bill Van's Auto Tag and left a few minutes later with a notarized paper. After having 4 family AAA memberships, AAA car insurance for 3 card, and AAA homeowners I would think they were more professional with the services they provide. read more
