However, I was ultimately charged $491.00 a month, which is significantly higher than what I was quoted. What is especially frustrating is that the additional charges and fees were not clearly disclosed to me when I received the quote. Had I been told upfront that the actual cost would be higher, I could have made an informed decision about whether to purchase the policy. I contacted the company to question the difference, but I did not feel that my concerns were properly addressed. In my opinion, customers should be given a clear and accurate explanation of the total cost before agreeing to purchase insurance. I would recommend that anyone considering this company carefully review every charge and get the complete cost in writing before proceeding. The only knock was filling out the forms. The front desk person was very nice but pointed me to sign the wrong line on the title, which she did addend and filled out the proper paperwork. She also put my old old address on the second form, forcing her to re-write the whole form. And finally, after being pulled over, she might have also put down the license plate incorrectly which I physically put on the front counter (will know for certain when the registration paperwork comes in). She had a lot of personal issues going on, but she was also very friendly and apologetic. So some points for putting on a good face. As for as titling services, I've had worse experiences in center city, so kudos to this friendly bunch.

I received a letter of cancellation, then 2 months later I received the bill for almost $200 for a new contract I never signed. I contacted his office, spoke with the representative, and was told they would back date the cancellation to reflect no renewal and I would owe nothing. Fast forward 2 more months I received a notice from a collection agency that I owed them $200. I attempted to reach out to Mr torpy's office three separate times, I left three separate voicemails, and never heard back from his office. And then reached out to Allstate corporate, and the collection agency, providing all the documentation and the charges were removed. This lack of professionalism is an excusable and a highly recommend shopping this overpriced agent.
