I quickly realized that the guys in this office will LITERALLY do whatever they can to help things feel a little easier. Well when Josh and John realized that I was being tossed around by the claims department they spang into action . They didn't ask any questions,they didn't give any f**cks,they just took over for me. They made sure that the next person that called me regarding my claim was informed and caught up on my situation so I wouldn't have anymore problems. They are all very personable, educated, knowledgeable men. They talk to you like we are old friends or family,they give you the peace of mind that everything is going to be ok where your car and home are concerned. I was really excited when Susan Redmond called me back after I sent her my information from my previous policy and told me she cut my cost by over 30% (I don't know if I'm allowed to give exact amounts but it was a lot) ! She even explained my coverage that I had before and how there were certain things I wasn't covered for before that I didn't even know about and she was able to place them in my current coverage even with the lower premium I'm now paying. They did not respond to direct calls from the Agency Insurance Company rep I had to contact. They did not respond to my employing company for a COI. They essentially do not exist except as a now useless and difficult to get around block between myself, my business, and my insurance policies. Avoid at all costs.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding the…read moreregistration of my kayak. While my initial interactions were positive, the experience quickly deteriorated. The issue arose when I was repeatedly told that my Certificate of Origin for the kayak needed to be notarized. I clarified that this was a dealer-to-first-owner sale, not a person-to-person sale, and that notarization is only required for the latter. I even had the owner of the kayak shop speak with them to explain this, and I also showed them the relevant information on the PA Fish and Boat Commission website. Despite these efforts, they insisted on the notarization. After leaving that office, I contacted the PA Boat Commission directly, and they confirmed that the notarization was indeed not required. I offered to have the PA Boat Commission representative speak with them to clarify, but even after this confirmation, another excuse was given regarding a "DIN number" on the Certificate of Origin, which is not applicable. This experience was incredibly frustrating due to the disregard for accurate information and the rules set by the PA Fish and Boat Commission. I believe the staff thinks they know more than the actual people who write and enforce the rules. I would advise others to consider alternative options for similar services, or to go directly to Harrisburg, where the correct procedures and fees are clear. You will not be charged for processing; you will only be charged for the registration, saving yourself a hundred bucks for them to send it to Harrisburg using a 50-cent stamp.
