We have been with them for about a year now and starting to see a decline. My FIL who is 84 was in…read morehis unit on a ladder when the lights turned off on him. Luckily he was able too get down off the ladder, walk all the way down get the lights back on, walk back just to shut his unit because he didn't want the lights to go out on him again. He told management about it but nothing was done. There are cockroaches that have been dead for the last month or so still laying around.
