We showed up for a 9 AM meeting, and didn't leave until 10:15, since the truck wasn't ready, the moving blankets weren't provided, and the trailer wasn't hooked up. Nothing was ready. The truck was filthy, both outside and inside. There's no way it could've been cleaned or sanitized after the last customer, since there was still ketchup drying in the cupholder and a pretzel still on the floor. During a period of global pandemic, this is a reckless disregard for public safety.

AAA Etex Storage is the name on the building but they are SUPER sketchy and the name has changed…read moreseveral times, much like the prices. When we rented several years ago, there was an onsite manager, tons of vehicles, a dumpster, and the place was kept up nicely. Now it's a filthy, empty looking sh**hole. Some of the units clearly flood, as you can see where the rivers run through the place when it rains. Forget about any type of customer service. To get an answer to a simple question, I called FIVE TIMES, emailed twice, and still received no response. If you want to store anything of value, this is not the place!!!
