After I paid for the service and proceeded to leave and get in my car, I was approached by some strange man in the parking lot who was trying to sell me items that seemed worthless( 1 of items happened to be a keyless remote to a car). Right then I feared for my safety!! I didn't know if he was on drugs or what! Long story short, thank God I was able to get away from him! He looked like he was up to no good. My advice to anyone, especially a woman, is if you go here please be aware of your surroundings. This is why I won't give this place all 5 stars, the service was great, but there are safety concerns. Bad points: They don't have a lot of things that I like and regularly use. I usually find that out when I go there to get it. This morning (6/5/26) I stopped in on the way to work to buy something, and while trying to get my…read more(Lowes verified) veterans discount to work at the self checkout I was told in a very rude and disrespectful manner by a clerk named Cathy there that she couldn't help me because she didn't have the barcode needed to help. So then I pushed the "get help" option on the self checkout and the very same clerk came back and did exactly what she just told me a minute before what she couldn't do - thus besides being rude Cathy clearly flat-out lied to me when I politely asked her for assistance. When I tried calling the store manager while driving to work I spent a total of over 16 minutes with the phone just ringing away after I had told someone there I needed to speak with the manager. Today's negative experience tells me that Cathy's poor attitude is a top down problem at this store since the management team there is unavailable to even speak with a customer about any problems or complaints.
