The space has a beautiful scent that puts you at ease as soon as you walk-in. I had a signature facial and it really set a new standard for a facial for me. The facial and upper body massage relaxes you, I can't imagine not having a facial with such a nice neck/shoulder/arm massage again. The products they use don't have a strong fragrance -- every detail was perfect. They do give product recommendations after the service but there's no pressure and it doesn't feel sales-y or uncomfortable the way it can at other salons. Highly recommend my facialist Amy!

She went over some of my skin care history and current routine with me. The calming facial I received was refreshing. I felt cold things, hot things, a zappy thing, pinching thing, steam, and more. I also appreciated that she wasn't pushy with the products and said I will email you what I recommend. My skin looks bright and clean. I also got some chocolate to take with me which was a nice touch. I will be back. Worth every penny.

It IS a shared space - so there may be a few individuals in the beds next to you. I looked for awhile and have tried so many places - but for the value and effectiveness, I will always go to/recommend this place. Others mentioned they didn't like sharing space, which is totally fair - I just think for this price, it's well-worth it and I've not been able to find anywhere else for what it provides.

I'd be very cautious about getting facials here if you have acne-prone or sensitive skin. I had a…read morelot of extractions done during my facial, and my skin broke out horribly in the weeks afterward. It felt like far too much was done at once, especially for skin that was already acne-prone and sensitive. I was also sold a moisturizer for around $60 that ended up making my skin red and irritated. I'm sure others may have a different experience, especially if they don't struggle with acne or sensitivity, but I really wish I had listened to some of the other reviews before going. I was already considering Accutane beforehand, and my skin became so much worse after this facial that I'm now on it. Please be cautious if you have reactive or acne-prone skin.

My treatments are customized based on my skin's needs. She set me up with some calming tea and brought me to a private changing area with a locker for my belongings. Everyone in the vicinity checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I was worried that because I had arrived late, I would eat up some of my massage time. No siree! They moved my massage to start when I was ready to begin. I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? WELL - Lukkana made me feel immensely relaxed WHILE ALSO really working the tissue. What a novelty. She finished up with a scalp massage, which is truly the way to my heart. 11 out of 10. Would recommend. Thank you so much for making my day.
