Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. (For what? She didn't say. We already knew he had an ear infection from his first visit and the steroids WERE helping until he had the reaction.) When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?

Except now I'm told that the lab doesn't work on the weekends, I should not have been told that and even if the female answering the phone did have my results, she couldn't tell me what they were because they've switched systems and she can't get into her old system. But that didn't stop their Billing from calling me telling me that I owe them $26. Nice I have to return to work without knowing if I'm contagious.

I ask for a referral several times for a diabetic specialist, I never got that. so basically my life was in their hands, people you don't play with diabetes like that. you are the worst unprofessional staff for healthcare that I have ever encountered. and always make sure you call in the meds before you go out to party. We…read moreactually came straight FROM cvs in ringgold picking up her rx since we don't have a minute clinic. I checked in online since we have a 25 minute drive. I arrived more than 5 min prior to my scheduled time with a very sick child in tow. Another patient had just checked in at the kiosk, as a walk in and was seen prior to me, leaving me waiting with a child with a temp of 103 waiting 30 minutes. When it was my turn I was told I was strep negative and charged $100 on top of my insurance and sent on my way. Here's the issue, I am my child's primary caregiver. You KNOW she is strep positive. I have symptoms. I have shown up negative for strep ON RECORD at CVS minute clinic and later tested positive. When I received a callback from the practitioner the next day I explained I was experiencing symptoms and asked for an antibiotic for myself to be put on file if I needed it. Appointments are required and waits are normally minimal. If you're looking for physicians who actually care I cannot recommend them high enough.
