Avoid This Place at All Costs! This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. They hit tenants with unjustifiable charges, refuse to take accountability for previous damages (even when provided with clear evidence), and operate with zero transparency. They'll charge random fees without providing invoices or any explanation. On top of that, management is completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and rude. Disgusting place. The hallways between the apartments are dirty, people leave trash bags outside their apartments on the hallway, feeding rats and roaches.The pool is public, many outsiders just park their cars and enjoy the pool, like is normal. My mom saw people jumping the walls many times to go to the pool. Security cameras never worked. I don't know why they have a gate, is always open wide.This new management is ridiculous. Every time I visit my family is the same. Do not expect to be safe in your home. My mom and sister had an incident with downstairs neighbors, they pushed our door open and hit my sister, the cops came, filed the report, the neighbors were charged with assault, when I tried to inform Ms Marlene the assistant manager, about the incident, she and the manager just kicked me out of the office saying I am not in the lease term so I shouldn't get in the middle of this. I was helping my senior mother that does not speak english! It's been 2 months now, many calls, many attempts to go to the office and talk to someone, Kim completely ignored and neglected many attempts to remedy the situation. I have lived at Spring Creek for 4 months Now, and I am very happy. The office staff Aliah and Marlene are Friendly and professional. The apartments are Nice , and I enjoy the Gym greatly. If you are searching for an okay place to live, look no further. If you fall on hard times and need assistance, look further! If rent is not paid by the third, they will give you a three-day notice. If you are in the process of getting rental assistance to avoid being evicted, they don't accept it. They claim they do take it. However, they will not give it any time to come through. You will then have to continue with an eviction and pay $500 to their lawyers, on top of the late rent. If you expect to park even remotely close to your apartment good luck. Don't even consider living on the second or third floor expecting to get close enough to bring any groceries in. The standards of living are not the same for every resident. Dog poop can be left around which will take months for them to "address" in a lump email. The gated community is never really gated. Most of the time the call box doesn't even work anyway, so it works out there. It's not terrible. As long as you never have any financial issues and never need to leave. read more

I DO NOT recommend these apartments. The management is highly unprofessional. Kristin Tugmon (the manager) is a very impatient and disrespectful woman. She prefers to yell and call the cops on you instead of calmly explaining the questions that you might have about your lease. Please take your time to read other reviews online because mine is only one of the many bitter experiences. Also, be aware that they will charge you for EVERYTHING. For your heads-up: 1. Professional cleaning $130 - $150 (depending on the size of the apartment). Even if you return the apartment in perfect condition, they will still charge you for a professional cleaning, which is unlike the several other communities I have lived in before. They expect you to return the apartment in perfect condition even though at the time I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned and had dead roaches, damaged bulbs, and hairs in the bathroom sink. 2. Carpet cleaning ($140): They state in their conditions that the fee will be charged "IF NEEDED", however, this is a mandatory fee. Even if the carpet is in good condition, they will still charge you. They should consider changing the language in the clause. 3. Bulbs ($5/bulb): They don't provide ceiling fans or lights in the rooms. I couldn't believe the audacity of the management when towards the end they decided to charge me for the bulbs that were not even installed by them. They came with the ceiling fans that were installed by the previous tenants and were kind enough to leave them after they moved out. It was only because I disputed these charges that they agreed to take them away. 4. They charge a convenience fee to pay the rent, which is stupid since no other community I have leased with before charged that. 5. Out of the 12 months I leased, the entrance/exit gates were operable for only the first two months. Gated community? LOL On top of everything, the apartments are unjustifiably expensive for the location and most importantly the ridiculously bad customer service they offer. I decided to lease here since it was the only option available at the time. In the end, if you sum up all these charges, it is probably better to lease somewhere else. EXTORTION!!!!! Springcreek apartment homes is nothing but scandalous swindlers, waiting to be sued!!! PLEASE READ EMAIL correspondences in the photos. I resided @Springcreek from April 1, 2020 until October 29, 2020- upon move in carpets were COVERED in pet hair (now they claim not one tenant in the history of Springcreek has ever had an animal in apt 7302) but yet they are making an effort to extort me for $150 pet carpet damage and $100 flea treatment- I DID NOT EVEN OWN A FISH!!! Springcreek is responsible for pest control- unfortunately we all got attacked by wasp all summer long before Lisa's maintenance man can up with a can of hot shot- roaches and maggots infested the halls and walk ways/stairs. Mold/mildew around the vents in the ceilings,,,, PERHAPS Springcreek apartment homes would like TO PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS FOR THE ALLERGY ISSUES I NOW HAVE BUT NEVER HAD PRIOR TO THIS MOLD INFESTATION, in which they ignored and again did zero about... Hurricane Sally in September of 2020 took out our gate in Springcreek's supposedly gated community & was left in disrepair for MONTHS. Lisa claims the gate the swimming pool and the computers are free included amenities and therefore no allowance for rent would be credited LOL go figure right... The hideous disgusting stinking HUGE trash dumpster out front of the complex stunk to high heavens, was overflowing with trash, bugs, and dirty diapers, this is during Florida heat inducing the stench beyond imagination... Never was their 1 complaint against us for noise or any violations. Management ignored the severe marijuana smell from the apartments and often being smoked on balconies... These are the same people who have justifications for all of their additional revenue charges against unsuspecting tenants upon their departure falsely claiming damages that are non-existing. Would love to know who lived in apartment 7302 prior to April 1, 2020 maybe they did the same carpet scam to you?!?!? Avoid this place like the plague- When you dispute their attempt at thievery they threaten to turn you over to their "Collections Department" this is their way of threatening and extorting good honest peoples credit into jeopardy- PLEASE NOTE THEY HAVE SEVERAL BBB (better Business bureau) Complaints and YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN DISPUTE WITH the reporting agencies and WIN!!! Very rude staff, I definitely feel like they were discriminating my husband and I the whole time we resided there. It's insane to me how people who voluntarily live in a pet friendly neighborhood hated pets. They constantly picked on my husband and I. Accused me of leaving my pet waste on the grass when I see other dogs going "potty" on the grass and owners not being responsible about picking up after their pets. So. I'll start by saying that there's apartments are not worth your money (I mean, they are one of the cheaper ones in Crestview for nothing). I signed a lease back in June for one year, to which I will go somewhere else once that lease is up, and I thought I was in heaven when I moved in..but shortly that heaven was just a dream. They told my mom and I (whom came with me to look) that the gate was struck by lightning and that's why it wasn't fixed. The lightning happened a week or two before I signed a lease, and the gate finally got up and running in December. A couple months pass, and I started having roach issues, as well as bug issues (had a millipede come into my apartment and I finally called pest control). After the big issue, I then had a big fire ant issue!! There's trash out at the dumpsters that overflows every week (the most I've seen it was Christmas-I'll attach a photo). The walls are thin between me and my upstairs neighbor, because I can LITERALLY hear them walk from one part of the apartment to another, and also when they move around in their bed. The walls cracked (I was told foundation was settling) and you can tell where they never painted over the crack in my ceiling. Now, they're enforcing when trash is out on the patio, when someone is parked illegally, and when your music is too loud in your car (I've lived here for six months, and this is the first time I've seen these rules get enforced now). It seems like they're trying to make this a HOA community or trying to enforce too many rules. I get the rules, but trying to enforce too many at once is what drives people away..especially if you've never enforced them in the first place. They also haven't replaced my air filter since I've moved in..and I was told that the air filter would be replaced every three months..its now been six. Parking also sucks. I've came home at 5AM at had to park quite a ways away from my apartment. Barely any parking here as well, and I've been told they'll never fix it. I'll attach some photos. read more

What a beautiful apartment complex! All the people I've encountered there are very friendly. I love that they accept pets. There's always lots of wonderful dogs to pet! The office staff is very formerly and accommodating. But, it's the maintenance staff that steals the show. Not only are they very friendly and welcoming, but they do an outstanding job keeping everything in tip top shape. If there's a maintenance issue, it's quickly taken care of, professionally and quickly. Really, a beautiful and safe community to live. read more

If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. Please DO NOT STAY HERE! My fiancé and I had the worst experience at these apartments. First and foremost these apartments are roach infested and their excuse is that "everyone in the complex has the same issue and that's it's Florida." We've had the "pest-control" come out many times and it did nothing. On top of the roaches, our apartment had mold as well. Their excuse was "everyone has it." We purchased many mold killers to get rid of it because in the lease it says if there is mold you have to clean it yourself. Our apartment had so much moisture that even the doors were swollen shut sometimes. Everyday we cleaned mold from vents, walls, doors etc. The management seemed nice at first, but they were very rude to us and did not respond to emails when we addressed these issues we were having. I am very disappointed because we tried to cooperate with them to find the best solution for these issues, but we were met with terrible customer service. We ended up being so fed up with this complex that we decided to move out and pay the extremely high termination fee of about $2038. And they are still trying to charge us $700 for damages we did not make. We moved out because these apartments are roach infested and has mold that we informed management on and even tried to fix ourselves by purchasing pest control items and hiring a mold specialist. We kept our apartment SUPER clean, but that did not matter. I will let anyone know who is thinking about staying here DON'T. TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX! Rude management! I used to live in these apartments about a 1year ago. The staffing was absolutely amazing , they helped us with the moving process all while being out of state , they made sure that I felt comfortable reaching out to them with any questions . By far the best looking and most modern apartments in Crestview ! There isn't anything around here that compares. The price goes with what you get, we had ac problems while we lived here but they did all they could to make sure the problem was fixed. Military friendly , and pet friendly plus certain amenities are included !!! And they are the newest complex ! [I am going to make a small comment and say I lived here in 2013/14 and I believe the managers are not the same and I've heard mixed opinions about the management. My wife lives here and I came to visit. I met The staff, who are amazing and nice but the roaches are not!!! Every person I have talked to at the pool feel the same way! Every day I am seeing almost or more than a 1/2 to a dozen of roaches in her apartment. She have OCD and is extremely clean. I guess she is not clean enough for these flying roaches. I feel as if she have invaded their home. Instead of the roaches invading her home. The exterminator comes first and third Friday of each month but I highly doubt that because these apartments are infested with roaches. You would think that they would compensate you for all of these roaches but nope! You got to live with them. So basically I'm going to convince her to terminate her lease and if I have to pay to do so, I'm getting a lawyer. $1228 is tooooo much to pay for these apartments. This Apartment Complex has the best Management and Maintenance team. The girls in the office are awesome. I underwent a quadruple bypass surgery. Lisa was amazing and helped me out by taking me to appointments. Kristin was so supportive and caring. I consider them amazing. Linda is an awesome friend as well. The Maintenance team- get to any problem fixed as fast as possible. This is a great place to live. I am glad I chose it for my home. I highly recommend this as a place to live. read more

This is a laid back community with sweet and helpful staff. As soon as we drove in to look at the place we knew we had to live here. It's safe, clean, and pet friendly. We filled out all the paperwork and had the keys within the next two days. Gym, pool, business room with free WiFi, covered garbage, FENCED DOG PARK (I was super excited about that one), and clean freshly painted apartment. I won't give a full five stars but only because we have 3 main lights that are out and they are special lights that we can't fix. And our microwave handle is broke. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is dirty as hell. ROACHES everywhere all the time. its so infested that no pest control can help. They are embedded in the foundation of the buildings. Trash is always overflowing. And they had the nerve to go up on the rent. This place is not worth it. Complete trash. Burn the place down. Im glad im moving. They crawled all over my utensils and all over my guest. I clean and bleach everything on the regular but it doesn't matter. Terrible management. Rude obnoxious and very arrogant. Said apartment was smoked in but never provided any evidence. Gave notice of leaving but it never got filed. Charged for new carpet and vinyl but would not provide proof they were replaced. Looked like a cleaning took place but nothing else. Any other apartment complex has got to be better.
