If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. As of today she still have not responded in a phone call we requested over 2 weeks ago. First, we have received several conflicting e-mail's regarding repairs that might or might not have been completed on our home. Second, we feel her office has failed to provide us with a renter. The e-mail from Katie stating,' we've" missed out" on a renter because her office didn't get back to him in a timely manner. Not really want we wanted to hear from a company that's suppose to find a renter? Third, we feel like this is déjà vu all over again, when her team had to have a meeting regarding the mismanagement that happen with all the inconsistencies last year. There has been no real effort made from her office to correct and or address the way our home has been managed. Janet Johnson reality failed to address the issues and our concerns. We have given them several chances to rectify the errors but they have failed to follow any positive action .We feel we have no other choice but to go with another company.
