I was helping my senior mother that does not speak english! It's been 2 months now, many calls, many attempts to go to the office and talk to someone, Kim completely ignored and neglected many attempts to remedy the situation. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a nice quiet community living, if you're elderly/disabled, and family oriented. In addition, the organization does run background check and credit checks. I just thought that would be important if there is somebody that might be looking for something that didn't have strick requirements. The complex locations are centered near everything you need like: Banks, shoppin, clothing outlets, and is in EC-Rider justification etc... The location is perfect; Living here is very nice, I recommend these apartment complex to anyone, I been living in Crestview FL since 2020 and these bad reviews from 2015 thru 2018 should be removed. The grounds are very clean, the pool, does have family with kids which is very nice to see, the beach is 27 miles to south the airport is 15 miles south of here. groceries stores are with in 2 miles, great restaurants and a mix of food for your choosing. Katie Manor in Crestview Florida kept my entire $200 deposit which was simply out of revenge for me complaining about them allowing a pitbull continually off a leash and for contacting Animal Control when they would not solve the problem. Come to find out the manager Donna is friends with the woman Rebecca that owns the pit bull. DO NOT lease from these unethical people nor rent from ANY community ran by WRH Realty Company. I wrote them numerous letters asking for assistance and got no satisfaction whatsoever. These people are simply unconcerned for their residents safety and are nothing more than thieves.

I signed the lease sight unseen because there was basically nothing within a 30 mile radius of my work. I only signed with them because the apartment manager Sarah was very nice. The one pro was that it was about 2 min from the I 75 exit which is really the only reason I stayed at this place. My issues with this apartment complex include: NOT PET FRIENDLY. Says allows pet but not pet friendly at all. There is dog poop laying everywhere, hardly anyone cleans up after their pets. A HUGE negative is There is really nowhere to walk your pet because right outside the complex is the highway and the apartment complex itself is small. TICKS in the lawn. I always check my pet's skin thoroughly before letting them in but on multiple occasions I found a deer tick on him - the ones that carry lyme disease- and also fleas. So despite treating your pet, they still might get ticks/fleas because the apartment is not spraying its grounds. NOISE AND NO SLEEP. For whatever reason the dump trucks come multiple times a week and usually at some ungodly hour like 7am and are so freaking loud. Actually any car in the parking lot starting up or people with motorcycles will definitely wake you up. So be prepared to get no sleep, especially if you live facing the parking lot. NEIGHBORS. A lot of weird people live in this apartment complex and I had the misfortune of having one of the most miserable people in this planet as my neighbor. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that goes on. MAINTENANCE SUCKS: The entire year I lived there, I could not use my stove top because whenever I turned it on, the fire alarm would go off. I spoke to maintenance several times and they never fixed it. So imagine a whole year of not being able to use your stove because of a gas leak and the fire alarm going off every freaking time. Speaking of, the maintenance guy was very creepy. Would try and initiate unwanted spoken contact with me. RENT-For what it is, the rent is way too much. Crestview itself is very junky and this apartment complex is no better. Not worth the price at all and I wish I had just broken my lease and moved elsewhere. All i can say if thank god I do not live here anymore and would advise anyone looking for housing in the area to look elsewhere.
