This school is a huge disappointment, and I cannot recommend it. The classes are way bigger than…read morewas advertised. The classrooms are all very small compared to how many kids are in them. The teachers mostly all seem very good at their job but end up having to slow the course down for the lowest level students. Classes get taken over by kids with behavior problems who get sent to the office and then come back to class five minutes later to do the same thing again. These kids just enjoy derailing the class and going to the office EVERY DAY. The teachers eventually just stop sending problem kids because its pointless. It ends up that a lot of classes are just run by the loudest kids who won't stop talking despite being sent to the office over and over. I feel bad for the teachers here. It's also a pretty open secret that kids can basically not do any work throughout the semester and even skip school without consequences. They will just be passed at the end of the year. I get they are trying to create a "nice" environment, but really its just an school without rules or real education. Your student will only be frustrated by the lack of real learning and the many kids who hate work and learning. Not only that, when they do graduate, they will be completely unprepared for college. I do not recommend the Einstein School, no matter lies they give you up front.

But for some reason, my friend and I felt a little adventurous on New Years Day. I guess we wanted to start 2014 off with a bang! Unfortunately, it seemed like entire city felt the same way as well. When we got to the courts around noon, all the courts were filled up and there were at least 10 other groups waiting to get on. The courts themselves are tucked behind the school on the NE side. You have to drive through the back parking lot to get there. The facilities look nice and well maintained. I had to drop one star because apparently there aren't enough courts to handle the demand. Not sure about what the lighting situation at night is though. Will have to return and update my review. Tip: We went to the adjacent middle school behind Plano West. There are nice courts back there, but there are no windscreens on the fences. This makes it tough to play during the Winter/Spring in Texas. Also, parking is hard to find.

Good luck! They have no other plan for you and you have to sit for hours at a time for mass and much more. If you appear to be disabled, some staff were extremely rude and genuinely lied about students behavior to get them in trouble for no reason and/or picked on them. One math teacher I had screamed at me and other students constantly and taught with fear rather then patience, I used to cry because she would pick on me over and over again in class because I have a sleeping disorder and mental illness so I wasn't preforming well. Do you like being discriminated against based on how you act and dress? Fear not this place will do that to you! If you wear a non normal fashion they will target you and follow you around in the mornings to make sure you don't have anything thats not allowed in dress code. The rules are made up. by the teachers half the time It says so in the student handbook. Most teachers were great but the disciplinary department is so awful. If you want your kids to cry every night because they don't think they're good enough then send them here. Send them to BL or any other school but this one, I will never forget a lot of the trauma I experienced here and I'm disgusted by this school because I paid for it.

If you're in a core class, don't expect anything good. If you're in an AP class, don't expect to learn anything or get curves. If you just want to get by, the staff somehow want you to just have the worst experience you can: - in 2023-2024 year, they added individual passes that teachers had to write instead of a class pass and required backpacks to be next to the walls instead of by your seats. - in 2024-2025 year, they added a shape detector at the main entrance. This caused a backed up line every morning with people cutting it and struggling to remove their computers and other things. (P.S: if you think it's a good idea to have a shape detector in a high school, you're beyond ignorant). - in 2025-2026, a bunch of teachers were laid off, start time changed from 7:30 to 7:20 AM (but day still ended at 2:40), nosy hall monitors, and overall strict staff. There's some decency though: the school looks nice in terms of architecture, some great teachers, and decent clubs and sports. It's just sad otherwise that this school has gotten worse over time. And Dr. Kent, please retire as a principal. Stop treating high schoolers like kindergarteners.

They layout of the campus is beautiful. It is a 96 acre 5 building facility that looks much more like a junior college than a high school. Today, there are some others with similar designs, but mostly it is still cutting edge for high school layouts. Most recently I was here for a fund raiser holiday bazaar they hold every year. The campus is still as beautiful as it ever was!

However, my husband and I's experience has deteriorated rapidly as we've been held to different standards than other parents (we bring our child to class with all appropriate diapers and wipes jackets for cold weather etc but other parents rely inappropriately on us prepared parents and don't bring their child prepared to school so they can "borrow" from us for months; NOT our guide's fault). It's sad that students write negative reviews because they choose not to believe in Christ's word…read more Their upset because PCA won't water down the message of the Bible. Has nothing to do with the performance and quality of the academy. I'm a single mom with very limited income. My son had an amazing experience at PCA. When I lost my job and couldn't afford tuition, PCA did everything possible to keep my son there. Everything down to lowering tuition SUBSTANTIALLY to asking me to apply there!!! In the end I decided to put him in public school based on my financial situation. They were amazing! Let us out of the contract, offered very low tuition and even multiple months tuition free to help me get on my feet! When my son entered public (Plano) he was literally bored, because everything he was being taught, he had learned a year ago at PCA!!! Great place for the whole family, great experience and yes, good people that care!

Not even a star. My son attended classes at PCA from second grade to almost end of high school…read more During that time, he was bullied by the teacher and staff to the point he decided that attending public school was a better fit. He was very deep into football and the football coach ran his offense as if the children were in college, meanwhile all the classes are accelerated. My son felt frustrated and alone with out support. There are no real christian values taught to show in his practical life. For as much as these folks wave the bible, they ridicule and bully their student body. The worst decision I made ever made, dont make this decision to take your kid there without knowing that these folks are mean, they are not forgiving and they dont have one christian bone in their judgemental bodies. Its run like a cult where everyone has to drink the water and their message with out question. No one is given compassion. If you call and decide to have a conference with the upper management or teachers, you will learn that your having a conference with the whole team, which makes you feel like their on the offensive before you even discuss your grievance. Speaking and talking to people as an adult about your grievances' isnt really permitted either. If you were really speaking outside of the school on the interaction and support about the school and the parents were not being recorded, they would tell you everything is horrible and its really not a good place but for fear of losing their son or daughters favor in the school, everyone remains quiet. The teachers and principles are all nepo babies and each person has been a track coach, a principal, a guidance counselor....then their husband or wife gets dragged in and becomes a part of the "team" where your not really learning from the best people but just who is avaliable and will subscribe to their "way of doing things" Its not a nice place for my son to grow up and I am glad I got out before he lost his sense of freedom and his self esteem. He left his junior year, and he worked harder to achieve because public school doesnt accept religious classes as history but I dont regret his decision to move on. In the end he made it to college just fine. Were fine but felt a need to speak my families truth. If you wanna waste your families money and time, send them to this school, point blank. My family makes good money and we are educated so this isnt an assessment from someone reckless, just someone that doesnt like to be bullied. Thank you
