I gave the clerk the ticket and paid for the shirt. When I looked at the shirt on the hanger through the plastic, it was clearly not clean. I asked the clerk if the shirt was laundered. She assured me it was. Then I noticed a note on the plastic indicating the shirt was not cleaned and that if i wanted it laundered, i would need to pay 3 times the amount, I already paid. When I asked what this was about, the clerk had no clue and then proceeded to ask another clerk who was also clueless. They then asked another employee who said, "we didn't clean it, what do you want me to do." I asked why I did not receive a call saying they were not going to clean the shirt since my phone number is the account number and was printed on the ticket attached to the dirty shirt on the hanger in plastic and the woman told me, "I don't know. They didn't." Then they did not give me my money back. If you value your clothes, you probably want to bring them to a dry cleaner that has more of a clue and much better customer service.
