I was told by the owner himself that he would work on it and get it fixed within two weeks and the price was half of anyone else in town. As a college student who needs her computer and has no money, this sounded too good to be true! That's because it was. I was told that as soon as they part came in, they would give me a call and keep me informed. Two weeks went by and nothing. So I started calling them. The excuses went on and on from being on back order to it coming from China until finally 2 MONTHS LATER, I call them only to find out the wrong part was ordered. So now, a month after that, they get the part "express shipped" there and suddenly, he doesn't have the right equipment to fix it or he has other priorities like going to basketball games, so he has to order that now. Two weeks later I call them and I am told "Your computer will definitely be fixed by Monday." GREAT! FINALLY! But no, I go in and am told that he didn't want to work on it because it was very difficult and he was afraid he would mess up. SIR THIS IS YOUR JOB! When he starts to explain to me that it's very difficult and tedious work, I remind him that he had 3 ENTIRE MONTHS to let me know that he couldn't fix it. 3 MONTHS. Long story short, I will NEVER be returning to this company and everybody reading this shouldn't either. Never before have I had such awful customer service and felt so taken advantage of by this business. They will take advantage of you and get your hopes up time and time again just to lie to you over and over. Horrible.

We have known since Fall that our air conditioning unit was not working properly. Compressor was…read morerunning all the time, but the fan wasn't working. Originally we thought we'd wait until spring, but when the weather was so warm around Christmas we wished we would have had it checked earlier. Yesterday we phoned the company we've used in the past and they told us they couldn't diagnose an AC unit until the weather was warmer, so told us to call at the end of April. Since the forecast for the next week or so looks fairly warm, we called B&L in Stillwater about 11:30 this morning. Ben was here by a little after 2 pm, found that it needed a new motor and we now have working AC!! Thank you, Ben, and B&L!
