Come to discover the dang thing wouldn't fit in the car so we called up and they have a delivery service (pick up and drop off). We had the most amazing service from Austin and Bruce. Super friendly, highly professional, prices were great and they were quick to get it turned over and delivered to us. That old mower came back sparkly clean and runs like it's brand new. They even filled up the gas tank for us. I really appreciated how they also explained everything that needed fixing in plain English that made sense so we fully understood exactly what needed to be done before they started working on it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you appreciate the rare gem of good old fashioned five star service, this is the place to go! Thank you Austin and Bruce. We won't go anywhere else from now on. So glad we found you!

Went down that morning, purchased it, and had it delivered that day, which was a plus. Delivery and hook-up were an additional $200. In delivering the fridge, they bumped the corner wall not once but twice. Bending the metal edge and cracking the plaster. The fridge was a 1/4 of an inch too tall, did measure store display showed a 1/16 inch shorter than the cabinet. Called and talked to someone in the office about it. They said it's adjustable and that a tech would contact me the next day. They never did; I contacted the manufacture they verified that it's not adjustable. Ended up taking the overhead cabinet down. Still pleased with the purchase and would go back.

The opening needed a small amount of granite cutting, and they carefully tarped and taped off the area to keep dust to a minimum. They cleaned everything thoroughly afterward, connected and tested the natural gas, hauled away the old cooktop, and completed the entire job quickly and efficiently. They were also incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all of the new features and show me how everything works. The installation looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. We also had our refrigerator and dishwasher installed last week by another Aggressive Appliances team. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but they were just as wonderful. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job. Overall, we have been incredibly happy with every part of the experience. Cesar, Andres, and the entire installation team did a fabulous job, and I would highly recommend Aggressive Appliances!

I had to reach out. Not good business practices. Just because their cheaper doesn't mean there better. Could have paid more and had it fix today. Very unsatisfied and his reviews says he does this quite a bit not his first time doing this to customers. I would not recoil. Waste of time.

Each week they send me an invoice via email showing what they have done and letting me know if I need to do anything like add water. He will also ring the bell if I am home to tell me anything important and/or leave a note. I like that they also are certified to work on our pool equipment. He highly recommended this guy. I did bring my machine to who he recommended. Very nice guy. My point to all of this is this. Not many businesses will refer customers to another business. As a small business owner, I really appreciated the fact that he did. He did also help me get a serial number for a chainsaw I purchased that was stolen . Which now, thanks to James the police now have in the system. Hopefully it will be recovered. He was very personable and I will recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again James!
