Most recently, I specifically asked not to use booth 12 because I've had issues with it not spraying properly. I've previously mentioned the issue to other staff members who were understanding. Both employees heard my request, but after I checked in and waited, they still tried to put me in booth 12. I explained again that I didn't want to use it and that I was completely fine waiting for another booth. The interaction and attitude I received afterward made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was honestly such an unpleasant experience, especially over what I felt was a very simple and reasonable request. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've felt this way when these same two employees have been working, which is why I finally felt the need to say something. I don't expect any special treatment. I simply want to be treated kindly and respectfully when I come in. I really do enjoy this location and everyone else has been wonderful, so I genuinely hope this can be addressed. I want to be able to continue using and enjoying my membership without feeling uncomfortable depending on who is working.

It's a space for healing and focus. There's no privacy. The working areas are separated by panels. There are no doors but curtains facing the checkout counter. I could hear the next door client chatting with her esthetician nonstop. For that you go to therapy or simply have that session at home. It was distracting and extremely annoying. The choice of music and volume not okay. It gave me the impression these people wants to make quick money without having proper practice and real experience.
