I went to Suntan City to re-start a tanning membership, and the lady who assisted me, Ellie, explained that since I was signing up mid-month (March 22nd), my membership would be prorated this month. She then sent me to Room 6 for my tanning session, but when I walked in, someone was already using the bed. It was awkward and inappropriate, and I felt awful for interrupting her. I returned to the front desk to report the issue, but when I checked my account, I noticed I was charged double the amount. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before it was too late. Ellie had put my card and routing number on someone else's account for an unlimited membership. She had no idea how to fix the issue and took over an hour to attempt a resolution--without offering a single apology. After waiting for so long, Lexi stepped in and managed to contact customer service to sort things out. I asked Lexi if there was any chance of compensation for this mess--specifically, if I could get the rest of the month free--and she called her manager, Emma. Emma's response? One free tanning session. Ridiculous. Meanwhile, other customers were walking in, and Ellie was nowhere to be found, leaving poor Lexi to handle everything on her own. Ellie never apologized for the situation and disappeared for another 20 minutes, leaving both Lexi and me waiting.
