Sure, prices have gone up everywhere, but the difference is that they raised the price twice without prior notification. We forgave the fact that they partnered with a felon because everyone deserves second chances. But the straw that broke the camel's back was the billing question explanation that ewe got charged for an extra hour because they started (also without prior notice) charging for a flat fee for 3 or 4 hours - regardless of time worked. So they tried to charge 4 hours for 3 hours of work. Enough is enough.

If Yelp.com permitted me to award a 10-star rating, I would award Sound Rooter & Plumbing ("Sound…read morePlumbing") with 10-stars. We had a water pipe burst in our bathroom, after normal business hours for most plumbers. I called Sound Plumbing at approximately 6:15pm and spoke with Chrystal: by 6:30pm we had received a budget and commitment for a NLT 7:30pm plumber show time. At 7:00pm Zach arrived and when I arrived at his vehicle, Zach, a broad smile on his face, introduced himself and held out his hand to shake my hand ... I immediately thought 'this company cares about their customers!' Zach completed the repair(s), despite my many questions throughout the process, in less than an hour; just before leaving, Zach again held out his hand to shake mine and again thanked me for the opportunity to provide his expertise and services. My experience with Sound Rooter & Plumbing: 1. Work quality: superior; 2. Budget: precise and exactly what I paid; 3. Responsiveness: clearly superior; 4. Communication: excellent, clear and concise; 5. Value: incalculable; and, 6. Customer focus - clearly sets the standard by which others should be judged and evaluated! B.K.

Following the laminate installation, Olympic Door & Trim replaced the interior doors with 6-panel white doors, and all trim was replaced with white trim. It was a 5-day process for our 1400 square foot rambler. The 2 man team was courteous and IMMEDIATELY cleaned up as they moved from one area of the home to the next. All trim materials were cut outside of the home to reduce interior dust. Lynden doors manufactured the pre-painted doors which are a much higher quality than you will see at the box stores.

I spoke to the owner/ manager and he said my quotes didn't include my living and dining rooms even thought the quote was for the whole house, then they changed me more because I wanted those area cleaned. Also, most of their cleaners do poor work. The supervisors do not check on the cleaners work leaving many areas in your home still dirty. I had them clean my home 5 times, they over charged me every time and I had to ask for refunds, which they did on a few cleanings but not all of them. Of the 5 cleaning only 2 of them left my house clean. I had to ask for a specific cleaner to make sure I got a good cleaning. The other times I had to re-clean my house which defeats the purpose of easing my way and giving me some of my time back.
