But to turn around and try and charge $300 for a battery which the battery is new, we just bought the truck 3 months ago. Then to do an engine flush-which may have been necessary if the sensor was fixed and the screens were cleaned and then to do a full synthetic oil change when the oil change was just done as well. And the best part is the check engine light came right back on no more than 2 hours after picking up the truck. Absolutely a joke of a shop, way overpriced and like to dig for everything else to nickel and dime you overman actually fix the problem!!!

Rob's must be short for robbery after seeing the quotes for comparable dealer work I was floored at the cost of their comparable service work. Are you guys kidding me I am not stupid all the quotes and estimates from Rob's went in the trash I felt I was getting ripped off. I felt misled when I told them I was looking for a lower priced independent repair shops to my dealer and got insane pricing for their labor and parts markup.
