Overall happy with service, but super annoyed that I had to pay a fee with no options. I would have brought my debit card but now I was stuck paying it. Honestly probably won't come back over it.

I understood there was a snowstorm and intentionally gave your team extra grace. That's not the issue. The issue is the complete lack of communication and accountability. No one can provide a basic update. Not even simple questions like: - Has my vehicle been looked at? - Is there a diagnosis? - When can I expect it back? Your current system is clearly broken. Calling in leads to a receptionist who routes to a service queue that no one answers--only to be sent back to the same receptionist, who has no visibility into anything. That's not just frustrating but it's unacceptable in 2026. This isn't just a communication gap. It points to: 1) Outdated service processes 2)Lack of internal visibility/tools 3) Poor customer experience design and 4) A breakdown in operational management At this point, I don't just want an update. I need my vehicle back. If you want to run a modern service business, this model needs serious attention. Customers should not have to chase down basic information about their own vehicle. I hope this reaches someone who can actually fix it or this business is in deep trouble. I will never use them for service and our entire family drives Dodge/Jeep.

Called and got Laura. She heard my desperate plea and sprang into action. She had a tow truck meet my daughter after hours and had her towed into their shop. The next morning she called to ask if we had had any repairs to the driveshaft recently. We had used a shop near our house about a year ago. She sent me pictures of bolts that had come loose and caused damage to the parking brake cable. The other shop hadn't tightened the bolts. Laura worked with the other shop to have them cover the cost of repairs. I can't say enough about the service and care they gave us. It felt good to know that Laura cares about safety and doing the right thing. I will have my daughter use them for all future repairs and maintenance.
