This town center consist of two parts, the indoor mall and the outdoor strip mall with lots of shops. They have a good variety of brands and stores. The mall can get busy at times but most of the time it's not too crowded . During holiday season, they have photos with Santa inside the mall area. Also gift wrapping stations and some good sales spread out through the mall. We definitely scored several good deals. People are friendly here from clothing shops, custom T-shirt store to the food court staff . They have a large parking lot with four EV charging stations located close to the Macy's entrance and they are very popular, always occupied . for Tesla vehicles yes you do need to bring your charging adapter. This small is very convenient, centrally located and close to restaurants, gas stations, and more . Do recommend.. read more

It's sad to think that way back, this used to be the only shopping option for a sleepy, farming community like Spotsylvania and the somewhat nicer, upscale area of Fredericksburg. Back then, people looked forward to dressing up to go to the mall on weekend evenings and they were packed... people were decent and respctful back then. But... then the prices for land, housing, etc were affordable and too many northern people who are very low class moved in and this mall went downhill. A great example of this is that most of the stores and the anchors especially have closed down and/or moved out. I haven't been in a few years and came today to go to Dick's Sporting Goods and walked a little of the mall to see what was left and there are a few stores still there, with Costco being a huge anchor at the northern end. But Sears clearly has gone out of business and that whole wing is different looking now. read more

I've been to a lot of malls throughout the states, I'm just disappointed with this one because it's so small. Has the major stores but it's missing a forever 21 and underarmour my two favorite stores! The next closest mall is Potomac mills which I don't feel like driving 1 hour and 20ish min plus rush hour traffic. Overall it's a cute strip mall! Just wish there was more variety read more

I really wish I could leave 0 stars. Security stopped us and told us that our friend group of 7 was too large, we could only be in a group of 5 or less. They gave us the option of splitting up. We told them we would rather leave the mall. So, we walked out the door and to the parking lot with security following us and stopped at the car trying to figure out what to do next since our day had pretty much been ruined. It wasn't even five minutes later a man pulled up in a security vehicle telling us we needed to leave the property and threatened not only to ban us from the mall but to call the deputy. When we were first confronted, we said we would leave the mall, not the whole property, regardless we left because we didn't want any more trouble. One of my friends looked up the rules and apparently a "group of 5 or less" isn't even a rule that exists. Definitely wouldn't recommend this mall and won't be going back here again considering the fact that according to them we are somehow a threat. read more

The management company for this town center is unprofessional and not small business friendly. If you are a small business stay away Matt is full of BS and they only take your private information and never send you emails to avoid paper trail and just push you away till you give up without any proper denial or anything. read more

When I went there it was very clean and well kept a large amount of people where nicer and more diversity than before and the sports store there called sports kingdom and a lot of old school jerseys that I really liked and some that had great designs the only downside is that there shipments take time to arrive and a soon as they get there almost all the Jerseys are there and the owner was very polite to me and my family read more

I hate this mall. It has the worse venues and when the Red Cross is here, the customers have to just keep out of their way. They use to have Wendy's, Hardees, La Pizzeria, and when the food court was built, the restauants that were not chains were asked to leave. (La Pizzeria) As a customer and an employee during the holidays, La Pizzeria was the fasted line one could go through for 3.00 and change and get a large slice of pizza and a drink. Now they have about 5 out of 8 food court establishments and all are very expensive, especially the Italian Kitchen. The dough is so tight, that you cannot cut the pizza at all with a plastic knife and it costs 4.39 just for a slice of cheese pizza. Nasty. Most all the restaurants are closed, permanently. Like Bravo Cuciano and Steamers. As well as Pancho Villa which was pretty good. The reason they closed was due to the very expensive rent that they charged. The food areas that are closed remain closed, permanently. About 40% of the stores closed last year and during the holidays it is so loud with lame music, that I refuse to go until Jan. 02 of each year. read more

The Mall has plenty of stores and restaurants... I love the play area for the kids and it looks like they have a new place where you can leave your children to be watched and entertained while you are shopping. There is even a Costco attached to the mall. Lots of space to walk and get exercise too. I would consider this a medium size mall. It looks like more new shops are moving in and there is a place that does manicures and another business that gives massages. You can even buy lottery tickets at info counter and also check if you are a winner. The info service counter has a wonderful staff working there. read more

this place is a down right scam. my bf got his back glass replaced by them. once we got it back it would shut off and on every 5 minutes.. so we go back the next day and they tell us the laser they used accidentally went through his phone into the battery of the phone so they order a new piece and we come back the next day. they told us everything looked good we get back to our house and the microphone and the port is all messed up. my boyfriend goes to best buy and they told him they messed up his phone. they did illegal stuff with his phone and they wont pay for the damages they caused. they need to go out of business. read more

This place has the closest Buckle store to where I live, and the staff there are awesome. The Macys and Belk stores in this mall are also good and have good selections and sales when I have gone. Aside from that, the mall is in need of some upgrades throughout, as it feels darker than most of the malls I've been too and the food court didn't have much in it. Would give 3.5 if that were an option based on the stores and the fact it isn't as crowded as the likes of Tysons or Potomac Mills. read more

I can basically sum up this mall in one word but this is Yelp of all places so I'll go more into depth here then just call it quits. When I was living in Virginia a few years ago, this was the closest mall that I was able to go too therefore I thought it would be at least decent, the exterior did look promising! The nice drop off by the front entrance is well manicured and beautiful and the surrounding department stores did look inviting, but I was pretty much deceived upon arrival so no point of glamourizing the façade anymore. The inside of the "Town Centre" was the complete opposite of what I saw inside...plain. I may stand alone on this but I found the neutral color palette bland and forgettable. This stretched all the way from the entrance to the back corner of the entire mall with little pleasant colors to be noticed, I always felt I was in some fancy conference center rather then a shopping mall. What else makes this mall plain? I believe the store selection is its biggest offender. While there are many popular stores, including two GameStop's, that appears to be it. There is a whole back section of the mall that doesn't appear to be in use even though it would make sense to put in some new stores. However, not all of the large department stores hold up. Belk needs to be gutted out and replaced (separate review for this coming soon) with a more cleaner and nicer store like Dillard's for example but any other place would be acceptable. Sears and Macy's are alright but nothing much to note, they are just as boring as the rest of the mall. I will say that the mall is clean and easy to navigate around but more could be done to the ENTIRE mall. It seems the builders just focused on certain areas and left out others. The biggest example for me is the food court, what a travesty of disaster. This isn't even a "court" in my eyes, it's way to small and compact and worse of all, the food they offer is t-e-r-r-I-b-l-e. It became so bad that I stopped eating there since Central Park was just across the street better food options there then at the mall. While this would be an easy two stars, it's saving grace is the outside mall they added a few years back behind the mall structure. It's quaint with a touch of modern splashed about but it holds up well because too me, it is more unique then the original Town Centre itself. I would prefer spending a whole day walking outside to those few stores ten spending it inside. Remember when I said I could make this review one word? I clearly can say that the Spotsylvania Mall is and will always be to me, boring. read more

I think this mall is pretty decent but I guess considering the area and all the shopping centers and restaurants I could see why some people gave it a low review. It's just meh, nothing spectacular but definitely nothing horrible. This place has your regualr chian stores and yes, the food court selection is pretty crappy. Other than the typical stores and crappy food I feel like this mall is accomadating for just about any shopping need I would want. It is clean and I suppose for how big this mall is it is kinda empty. I also found it weird that it's behind all the other major stores off Central Park. The roundabout to get to the front of the mall is cute but really serves no purpose, the LEO in me just sees a traffic acciedent nightmare, lol. Anyways, parking when I went was not hard to come by and I was able to park right in front of the mall. Overall, if I do go back to Fredricksburg I would rush straight to this mall but I wouldn't mind going back. It's a big mall but it does have a lot of empty stores and just not the amount of clientele it should. I also thing they can work on making this mall prettier, PH in NN looks classier, especially the seating! I stopped by Spotsylvania Towne Centre to do some shopping while in the area. The mall has inside and a small outside shopping area. There is a good collection of stores. Macy's, JC Penney, Belk, and Dicks Sporting Goods is very spacious. The mall is clean and well maintained. I thought the food court was average. Spotsylvania Towne Centre has a family atmopshere. The mall closes early on a Saturday night (9:30pm).There's plenty of parking around the mall for customers.If you're in the area,Spotsylvania Towne Centre will fulfill your shopping needs. read more

The mall really has no competition with other shopping malls. The nearest one is 30 miles North in Woodbridge. To the South you have to go to Woodbridge. There are absolutely none East and to the West you have to drive so far it doesn't matter. I would much rather go to an enclosed mall than fight the traffic from store to store in places like Central Park across the road. read more

The mall isn't very large and the food court leaves a lot to be desired, but we still went here often because we were almost always able to find what we needed. There are additional stores and restaurants in the surrounding area if you don't like what the mall has to offer. My kids enjoyed the play area and during the summer they do special events which is nice. read more

I live in the area of the Spotsylvania Towne Center & my opinion on this mall is that it's very small considering it only has one story unlike many other malls around the area. I only go there to hangout with friends on weekends when you just want to get out the house, but other than that there aren't many stores to shop. I'd rather go to Potomac Mills. read more

This mall is disappointing...nothing special about it beside it being clean...there's barely anyone here...I thought malls are suppose to be crowed with teenagers...this one is dead empty...I'm surprise it survive this long...there two levels in this mall...a lot of shops and cart shops are closed...I came here before on the weekend and weekdays...this is why I say this place is like dead... There's a few shoppers here and there but not as many as there should be... I remember walking into stores and people in the store got really excited and attentive when they saw me...I'm guessing they think yippy customer ...I thought that was pretty funny... There's a food court...nice variety of food stands...Asian,Japanese,hamburgers,and etc ....theres one food stand out to me sbarros pizzeria I haven't seen one since I was a teenager...there Macy is small only one person work at one area ... I remember I was here I try to shop for shoes for a wedding and they have no sizes smaller then a six...I thought that was weird ..I went to all shoes store and weird boutique could not find a size five or even a five and a half...ughh this place!!
