I enjoy the little events that are held however, the dog training area needs improvement. It is difficult as a shopper to look at cat food options for a finicky little one when there are untrained dogs of all sizes running toward you. I don't get why any one would want to receive dog training at PetSmart but alas. The shelves are well stocked but most cashiers are slow here. There are no self checkouts so you may need to kill time. The cats are very adorable and the birds are delightful!

My husband convinced me to bring our dog back and give them a second chance and they just shaved him completely. They also made that decision without so much as calling us to let us know what they were doing. I will never bring my dog back here and will urge anyone considering Petsmart to look ANYWHERE else! They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they left my dog looking. Will never go back.
