For 1,5 hours we were able to go through entire place without any rush and issues. The fun part that register has scanning light and makes beeping noise. And they use reusable bags for shopping. Musical instruments are also available and they even have x-ray machine in doctors cabinet. 3 clean bathrooms on site and diaper changing room are available. My little one cried, she did not want to leave. I let her explore outside in outdoor kitchen. Toys are in a good condition and all is well organized and in order. Ticket cost is only $6 per person, makes it affordable to come as often as possible. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back. For someone who gave only 1 star just for parking, I was able to park easily right in front of entrance on Wednesday afternoon. No problem. Even though plenty parking around the area. For someone who mentioned that staff was reminding to keep toys organized and in order, I was told only once when purchasing tickets and no reminders. Maybe because I was constantly behind kids and helping them to put everything back. Perfect time to teach them to clean up after themselves. My child was in another daycare all his life up to a couple weeks ago. We ran into some issues (there were issues before, but they had escalated due to lack of enough supervision) and I kept calling to check on the status on the waiting list. Thank the good Lord that we were able to start taking our son here. I love the photos I get throughout the day assuring me he is cared for well. He is still adjusting as he is crying during drop off AND pick up :). But once you enter the place you can see that it is clean and inviting. Ms. Jenna and the director Ms. Andrea have been phenomenal with answering questions and they are both just so sweet. You can tell they love what they do (the day of the tour they both were decked out for St. Patty's lol) The facility itself is very roomy with big classrooms. I like also the little porch area they have for the kids to still be able to play outside or get fresh air even if it were to rain a bit or be too hot to go all the way out without the cover of a roof. It's a gated porch and each classroom has their own so the kids are secured. My son is learning many things here already and I can't wait until he starts being able to vocalize more his new knowledge.

In addition to having young children run around the gym, we also had 2 autistic kiddos who the staff did INCREDIBLE with and made sure they were very involved. This place is like an oasis in the middle of Central Texas, there are ample resources, supplies, rooms, and accommodations which made it easy and flexible. The staff here were phenomenal and worked diligently to meet our needs - - they're eager to please. I dealt primarily with Laura Nickel who was very helpful throughout the scheduling and set-up process. We also had last minute changes and adjustments the week before - - but no worries w/ Laura as I learned she thrives on challenges like these. She remained positive and focused to ensure everything was quality good and met our expectations, and her staff were polite, professional, flexible and accommodating. I was so impressed w/ their positive attitudes as well as their spot-on execution even when we changed things up at the last minute. There were close to 40 people in our group as we requested a particular set-up with tables and chairs to facilitate learning workshops, Laura and her staff flexed to meet our needs and that helped make things run a lot smoother during our time there. I took a small tour of the grounds and was really impressed with the offerings and environment. They had everything one could possibly need - - podium, speakers, lighting, chairs, tables, and a variety of spaces to choose from. I would not hesitate to reach out to them in the future for any group activity or camping / outing / team-building adventure planned as there is ample grounds to play and rooms to facilitate whatever your heart desires. There are also several bedrooms for overnight stays and large kitchen spaces with all the tools you need. It actually was very peaceful and quiet there during the week which helped limit distractions, and most of all the customer service was top notch. I could not be happier with Laura and her staff's performance, they work hard to please and went above and beyond. I think Laura could tackle any obstacle and challenge that any corporation / company / team brings to the table as she finds way to meet your needs and obviously loves her work. It was a memorable week and we'll definitely utilize them again in the near future.

My friend and I took a pottery class on May 6th. They told…read morethey would call when we could come to paint our pieces. I ended up calling them in June. We painted our pieces and were told they would call when we could pick up our pieces. On August 6th they sent an text that our pieces were ready. On August 7th today we picked up. 2 of our pieces were not given instead 2 pieces that weren't ours was given to us. After this drawn out situation they had the nerve to send a text that said if the pieces weren't picked up in a week they would be donated. Initially we had planned to take other classes however we have decided not to do that. Neither of us was impressed with the organizational skills.
