When I first moved in, I asked for a DEEP CLEANING and it never happened. I'm all for cleaning…read moreafter myself but I hate cleaning up after other people and I'm short so I'm no good for high reach areas. Before resigning my lease, I was like deep clean or no go!! Negotiate for what you want before you commit!! #lessonslearned So I summoned my trusty Yelp search engine for quotes of Deep Cleaning businesses in the area. The move in/move out level cleaning is meant to make your place look good as new. European Cleaning Services was one of the more comprehensive competitive rates. I didn't like the flat rates, I prefer the hourly rate model. You earn what you do. Agris responded that his fees are $70/hr for a 2 man crew, minimum of 2 hours. For a 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, stairways, living room kitchen and more... it took 4 hours and 15 minutes = $295 They accept cash, checks, venmo or zelle. I asked for an invoice, so I can be reimbursed by the landlord ;) Agris and his buff younger assistant showed up punctually with all of their own cleaning tools. I mentioned we lived in a 3 story townhouse, so they had all the extra tools to reach high areas. Covid Safety - They had face masks and gloves to perform their cleaning. I think that is normal for them to protect themselves from all the dust and chemicals and yucky stuff. They started from 3rd floor and worked their way down. I was super impressed by all of the spots they cleaned. Areas I didn't know needed cleaning and plenty of dustttt coming down. Where did all of this dust come from?!?! And I could hear epic scrubbing. Most of the house was cleaned beyond our recognition. I can tell they are probably used to cleaning empty spaces more for the move in/move out cause I noticed some of my stuff was not put back where it was originally. And my shower head was pointed out at me when I turned on the shower. It would probably drive me crazy if this happened monthly. I was also surprised to see the mineral of the watermarks on my glass shower door still there. It was on 3rd floor where they started so it definitely wasn't because they were out of time... Oh well, not a big deal. I really appreciate that they worked extra hard to get the place looking brand new. Originally I guestimated that I would only need them for 3 hours or so, but they ended up staying for 4 hours and 15 minutes... basically crunch time til their next job. We tipped them extra extra for the hard work. Super nice team of strong efficient cleaners! I highly recommend them for the move in/move out type of moves to give your place that extra extra clean. I feel like they would be on the pricier end for just a light cleaning and having my stuff moved around drives me nuts. I will definitely keep their contact information the next time I need to sign any leases. I need that deep clean!!!!!

Mariola and her husband, Mike, has been cleaning my condo since 2024 and they broke my trust today…read more I was working remotely today while Mike cleaned my place and I noticed that the toilet bowl didn't look clean. I asked him if he had already cleaned it and he said yes but that he couldn't get the hard grime off the toilet bowl. He said he didn't have the chemicals for that and that I need to scrub it daily to get it off. Fine. After he left, I went to the guest bathroom and looked at that toilet and it also didn't look cleaned or scrubbed and looked like it was just wiped down (like I said, they have been cleaning my place for a while now so I know what to expect). And when I looked at the tub in that bathroom, I noticed little a few specks of hair in the bathroom tub and the whole tub was dry (there should be signs of water if he had cleaned it!). So I ran my finger against parts of the tub and dust came off! He literally didn't even bother cleaning that tub! I texted them and he said that if I want a deep cleaning then that would be extra. Umm I didn't need deep cleaning, I just needed them to clean my house like they are supposed to! What made it worse is that they didn't even apologize and instead tried to gaslight and blame me for not calling them every three weeks. Well, they do regularly clean my place (3-4 weeks) and it was just this month that I had to reschedule for another two weeks out due to my job situation. Getting a house cleaning done is a luxury in this economy and it's really disappointing that people are not genuine and reliable anymore and will instead try to cut corners if they can get away with it. Be wary.

Not so great quality for the price. They arrived promptly on time which was a major plus however…read morethe cleaning wasn't up to my desired standards, especially for price I was paying. I have a two bed, two bath that I keep is good condition - deep cleaned once a month with regular weekly cleanings either done by myself or by a cleaning service. It has been about 5 days since my last cleaning so it's no wonder they finished well under two hours but upon closer inspection several areas were left with me hoping for better (see photos of kitchen, dining table and bathroom). Looks like I'll be needing to immediately redo the cleaning the same day. And honestly not being great cleaners, not the worst thing actually, the worst was they kept banging the vacuum against every baseboard and chair and aggressively against the floors.
