I originally contacted divinemaids.com but they weren't able to accommodate a weekend appointment for being booked for the holidays already but they were kind enough to recommend Maid Division. Seth the manager told me they had suffered a same day cancellation so they could accommodate my last minute cleaning. I was so happy hearing that. They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. Also they suggested me some good household chemicals to prevent mold. I definitely recommend this place for your cleaning needs. They will give you a very good service for a great price. I've received a few quotes here, and found Takiesha Cleaning flat rate to be reasonable. I was a bit skeptical since there's no reviews. Scheduling was easy just message via Yelp then the rest of contact is via text and call. On the day of the cleaning, she texted me about 2 hours before arrival also called to confirm. Then again when she's on her way with ETA with another text when she's about 5 minutes away. So as you can see very good at communication. Once she arrived, showed her the layout and what I'm looking for. 4 hours later the place is looking great! I'm glad I took the plunge and will definitely use her service again. Thank you!

Every normal cleaning I've ever had has included the items she didn't feel the need to clean. I'm honestly not sure what she did clean. The items I found that weren't cleaned were, wipe down of the the stovetop, microwave, windowsills, underneath the credenza (as per specific discussion). The bathroom upstairs had hair/dirt on the sides and behind the toilet. The chairs in the dining room with the cat weren't total vacuumed, the other chair wasn't vacuumed at all. We had specificly talked about that as well. The stairs weren't vacuumed. The shelf under the TV wasn't completely dusted. Not even sure if the pictures or anything else were either. When requesting a partial refund this is the response I received... "Sorry I missed a few spots, you paid for a regular clean that is on discount ,not deep clean. Microwave and stove and all windows was not included, especially for that price. I also did extra work for free, such as cleaning most interior windows & which we only discussed for the porch and upstairs. To my understanding There is absolutely no refund as it says on the website. I Apologies you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, I don't mind coming back and doing a deep clean for a great discount." I appreciated that she was willing to come back. Lolita did about 11 cleanings for my AirBNB, about twice per month. Her service was very far from…read moregreat, for $35 per hour. Her communication and ability to follow instructions could improve. The quality of her service and work ethic could improve a lot. She was generally on time when we agreed that she would work, and she did some cleaning. But that's the bare minimum expected, and the bare minimum is what she did. If I paid her $15 per hour I would expect what I got. But at $35 per hour I expected more maturity, more skill, and more knowledge regarding what needs to be done to get the job accomplished and get a 5 star review. Cleaning Airbnbs requires unique skills that Lolita doesn't have. I tried to teach her a little bit, but I found she was not teachable at all. Such as folding linen neatly, folding towels neatly, staging a bedroom for the new guest. She gets a 1 star out of 10 for this skill. After about 3 months of working together, she wanted to raise her hourly rate, but offered no better service, and didn't add any value to justify the raise. I asked my guests to rate how well the apartment looked after it was cleaned by Lolita Trujillo. They rated it at 5-6 out of 10. She eventually didn't want to work, and simply ignored my text messages, because I didn't agree to give her a raise. My guests said it was a relief that she was gone, because her cleaning service was exceedingly far from great. The cleaner I hired after her got a 10 out of 10 from my guests, and from me. When my new cleaner mopped the floor, she said the water was black. She told me that it's like the floors have not been mopped for many months. There were cobwebs everywhere. She said, how could someone have missed a giant cobweb in the corner of the bedroom floor, if they actually mopped the floor. Dust was everywhere. I gave Lolita a checklist and clear instructions of how to do cleanings. She could follow maybe 70% of the instructions. She is really missing the personal touch. She didn't know how to make things look very nice for guests. She did do some cleaning, and I'm grateful she at least did some basic things right. But for $35 per hour you have to provide a lot more quality and personal touch. She needs to work harder, learn how to wow clients, and impress them with her skill level, work ethic, communication, and be able to follow instructions, and give your clients what they are asking for. Which means you have to listen and be teachable. Especially if you want to get raises and 5 star reviews.

Then I hired them to do a 'Deep Clean' at my friend house. Again, an excellent job. They wiped down walls and ceilings and cleaned where I didn't expect them to clean. The shut off valve was old and broke when he turned it off and they handled this like champs. He even said I could hire a plumber if needed and cover the cost to replace the valve. Luckily that wasn't needed and it was an easy $20 fix which they still insisted to pay for. I really appreciate how they handled this. I would highly recommend these guys!
