We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.

Adrian, the lead, and Alfonso, arrived a couple of hours later than we expected due to a misunderstanding. They did a very good job on interior and exterior windows, and okay on the remainder of housecleaning, and they were very pleasant and respectful of our requests. All cleaning solutions and equipment are included. After they left, we noticed a few areas that were missed, but as promised, Adrian agreed to come back and complete the remaining cleaning tasks where he spent another 3 hours finishing the job, which was quite impressive.
