The owner or main lady is friendly and the young help they have are always kind and efficient. I've had no problems with weekly dry cleaning of men's dress shirts and pants the last 6 yrs. I've also had alterations turn out good. I only wish the alterations turn around time was a little quicker. They usually quote a week for a simple hem. Wish it was 3-4 days instead. The DRIVE THRU convenience is a game changer for a homeschooling Mama with young kids always with me. read more

Always took my clothes here for the past 6 years and they have yet to disappoint. The owner (I'm assuming) is always friendly and greets me with a big smile. My dress clothes always come back to me in perfect dry cleaned condition. She even tailored a lot of my pants. Pricing may seem a little high but you get what you pay for. read more

I have been using this cleaner since 2014 and have never been disappointed. All of the alterations I have had done here are solid and have never come apart as suggested by another reviewer. I bring all kinds of non-dry clean clothes here as well because I don't have time to iron every day due to my commute. I will continue to use this cleaner and recommend them highly. read more

Would give them negative 5 stars if I could. Failed to remove even the lightest stains. Not only did they fail to do a basic job, they managed to damage dress. The dress came out worse than when it was brought in, so I basically paid for them to maim an expensive dress. Refused to accept any responsibility or refund. Stay away. read more

Two of my husband's dress shirts came back with the collar buttons missing. When I took them back to get them repaired, they insisted that they had to be re-laundered in order to be repaired. When I went back to pick the shirts up, I explained to the owner (who was not there the day I dropped the shirts off) that I didn't feel it was right to be charged for the re-laundering of the shirts just to get the buttons repaired. She refused to make this accommodation and insisted that I pay for the shirts. When I told her that I would not be bringing in anymore of my cleaning, she said that was fine with her. Horrible cleaners! This cleaner burnt/ripped my dress shirt. When I returned it to the cleaners, the owner said that it was not their fault. I ask for her to reimburse me for my $50 dress shirt and she said no. I have been a faithful customer for 14 years which I spend an average of $30-$50 dollars a month on dry cleaning. I've been coming to this location for 10 years... Until now! Brought in three brand new pairs of pants... First off, they aren't supposed to be creased! They decided to crease them down the sides of the pants nowhere near the seam. I confronted them about it and told them there wasn't supposed to be any creases in those particular pants. They ended up creasing them anyways and then removed the creases in all of my other pants that were supposed to be creased. Really??? When I confronted the owner, she proceeds to insinuate that I put the crease in the pants. What? Then she tells me that I need to tell them each and every time if I want a crease or not... I'm not sure why it is such a big deal to just crease them if they are already creased, or not crease them if there aren't any creases!!! Never again! read more
