We visited Sportman's Warehouse and had a great experience. I wasn't sure what to expect fully, although if you are into fishing, camping, hunting, hiking, water sports, and other outdoor sports, they have a great selection of items. They have a large gun section and they have a clothing section and dog section as well. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. They were doing a promotion deal where if you purchased something you popped a balloon with an amount off, which I thought was a great promotion deal to increase sales. The service was fast and it was a great overall experience. They had a decent clearance and sales clothing section and I ended up finding a pair of warm weather boots on sale for an excellent deal. if I could give zero stars I would. sent my husband in there to replace the line on my reel and after he asked someone to get someone to the ship and waiting over 15 minutes somebody finally helped him. he tried but in the end they messed up. now we are staying at epping springbrook campground and I went to rehook my line and wow they totally messed it all up. It was almost 830 pm and they closed at 9 and I called and asked if they could stay open a few minutes later to reline my pole the correct way they kept me on hold and then eventually hung up on me. I was half way into town when I got someone from hunting who answered my call and said nobody was there to even fix it and then when I asked to speak to a manager line went dead again. I kept trying to call them back and so did my husband and no answer and they aren't even closed yet. So needless to say wow total bad customer service and knowslesfe and even totally screwed up in trying to make them right. I would give them less than 1 star if I could! Just bought a grill from them for $499. Got home and realised it was the wrong grill. Went back to the store and told them they gave me the wrong grill. We looked and the only one they had left in the style I wanted was the display. I was fine with that. The $499 sales sticker was clearly taped to the front! When they started to ring it up it rang up as $599. I said that isn't right. I was told it was miss labeled. The reason I was buying it was the price. Told them i wanted my money back. Should get it back in 5 to 7 days. Unacceptable! It came out of my account instantly. Then I was give a $30 card that I have to spend $150 to be able to use it. The card expired 12/31/2018 great! FU sportsman warehouse. You just lost a loyalty rewards customer for life! read more
