There were a couple complications involved and he was slightly reluctant at first, but after evaluating all the ramifications volunteered to do the transfer and shipping. He explained clearly to us all that was involved and, considering his many years of doing business there and obviously thorough knowledge and experience in handling the legalities involved, we went ahead with the transfer. Once the Hawaii State paperwork was very professionally taken care of (a long, drawn out process in our situation), the firearms were very well packaged and shipped. They arrived 2 days prior to his estimate and everything arrived in great shape. I almost wish (almost!) I lived over there so I could do business with him on a regular basis. The damage is heartbreaking, there's a hole worn right through the paint on my fork, and the whole case was covered in paint chips. I've been riding for 15 years and never seen such careless handling of expensive equipment. Now I'm staring down a $2,000 repair bill that I shouldn't have to pay. This bike is my pride and joy, and their laziness has potentially ruined it. I trusted them with something precious to me and they completely let me down.
