First it was canceled for the pandemic then my husbands drive was canceled again due to re call on some part on the Shelby. So he just finished going today! What a wonderful experience! You can fill out waiver before you go. This saves some time. So you check in when you drive up then you park and go sign in and purchase anything you may not have originally. Like a video of your drive or pictures and so on. When you are checked in they send you to a class that's about 15 minutes or so. Here you learn the hand signals, the layout of the track and safety. Then you go to a line that is Designated for the car you are driving. Last time my husband drove the Lamborghini they didn't have the Shelby then. He had to drive the Shelby after all he made me name our daughter Shelby. When you are in the correct line someone brings you a helmet and sock to go under helmet. About 20 minutes later it was my husband's turn. He ran to that car like a kid at Christmas. If he were smiling any bigger his teeth would have fell out! Lol He did his laps and by the way this track has by far the longest straight away of anything within an hour or so. He loved it!!! Then you go to the checkout tent if you bought a video. It's pretty cool it shows the road in front of the driver and on the bottom of the screen it shows the driver and speedometer. Great add on! They are very organized here and after two wonderful experiences I can definitely highly recommend this.

Lots to do eat and see and they are okay with outside food with lots of picnic areas. We did the giraffe painting premium experience which was worth it since it also includes admission into the park. We ordered salads and burgers from their inside restaurant connected to the gift shop. Ordering from their kiosk is very easy and the food rang on a buzzer in good time. We loved the lorikeet area and paid $3 for the juice to feed the lorikeets (card only, no cash). There is a nice water park area for the kids. The best time to see all the animals is in the morning when they open, that's when they get fed and you're most likely going to have an animal walk in front of your car, so cool!

The animals are super hot and they are resting in the shade. They have a giraffe interaction area. There's also a little splash area for kids and a merry go round. Rates to enter the park are $55 pp and no senior discounts. The animals always have the right of way. After the safari there is quite a bit of walking. You may want to bring a wheelchair for older ones. You can visit the food area and gift shop to take home a stuffed animal and the area has air conditioning to help you cool down.

They did give us a $10 discount on our second kid. It was the best decision ever! The membership allows access to any BMX track in the U.S., which is perfect since we travel often. The staff was incredibly informative, explaining how kids start at the novice level and only race against others in their skill bracket. This gradual progression ensures they aren't overwhelmed by more experienced riders, which we truly appreciate. It keeps them motivated and excited for race days without feeling intimidated. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the track is well-maintained, making it a fantastic place for kids to learn and grow in the sport. Okeeheelee BMX has been a great experience for our family, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking to get their kids into BMX riding! 10/10

Classes as well as private trainings are available too!!! There are upgrades that have been brought to the tracks and many more in the works, we are excited for the new timing system being put in that will track individual timing so the riders can see their progress. There is a lot of pride taken here, a lot of encouragement to get the parents involved with volunteering; it's definitely a family affair here at the tracks!

\"Demanding Job, But Results Are Exceptional And Appreciated\"…read more Terrific Property Management just doesn't happen on a whim. It takes preparation and the hiring of qualified and educated personnel. Another most important quality, is that the candidate is a "people person," which is paramount for working in a Condominium Association. Do you think working with a Board of Directors and residents are easy tasks? They aren't, as we all know, and can be a grind. Most folks cannot handle an administrative position in the Property Management of a Condominium. The stress is too much. The average tenure of those in the Administration of a Condominium Community is about 5 years. Most people, in the workforce, go to work each day and have one particular job that they are maybe good at, but at least 65% of folks go to their jobs and don't even enjoy what they do. A Condo Administrator, for a Property Management firm, has a huge and difficult responsibility, arriving at work each day. They almost need a law degree to perform their duties, which include deciphering contracts, understanding Chapter 718, Florida Statutes for Condominiums, enforcing Rules and Regulations, Security, working with Insurance Carriers, Vendors, Contractors, Boards of Directors, and individual owners. Those are just a few of the tasks that a Property Administrator has to deal with each and every day, including the regular record keeping, responding to emails, preparing work orders, answering phone calls, and dealing with walk in residents. etc. Probably 90% of residents have no clue about the duties and the abilities of an Administrator to maintain an Association in first class condition. They must be licensed and renew every two years, after taking courses, to provide the best possible service for the Association. Luckily, for Cypress Bend Condo II, we have an exceptional person that handles all of those vital issues, with grace and transparency. Her name is Jessica Turnquest and she is an efficient and diligent employee and is always striving to represent herself and EPM in 5 star fashion. Having known Jessica, for over two years, she has always responded to my emails and answered my questions. She interacts very well with residents and is always courteous, with a smile on her face. She and our Manager, Marie Josephs, work very well together and keep all residents informed about the issues that arise. Her clerical skills are invaluable, including record keeping, database, computer expertise, and so much more. She handles her responsibilities with ease, as she has extensive real estate experience. She has my highest recommendation and EPM, I am sure, is very proud of her. She has the drive to be a success in any field or endeavor she chooses. She has my utmost respect and the residents are very happy with her performance at CBII. Thank you Jessica, for helping to make CBII a great place to call home.

There's no intercom system to tell kids to return for cake to a birthday party room, which is stressful for all involved. I don't understand how the video games work; I bought an unlimited pass for the day, and apparently this does not include unlimited games. The video game use went by very very fast. The pass does include unlimited 'attractions.' My kids waited a long time in the gokart line only to be told they were too short to ride. So we skipped that. The bumper cars are an attraction- I think? It only has 6 or 7 cars and the space is very small. The water bumper boats are a similar number, so waits are long, and each boat has a water squirter on it...everyone who exited the round with my kids left soaking wet, including my kids. Glad we did this last. The mini-golf has no employee monitoring of entering or exiting, so I could go in with my kids without participating. It is on the older side, but my kids had fun. There are carved out rocks, waterways, and at one point the course goes under a waterfall. It looks like there are 2 courses to play. My kids enjoyed laser tag. I sat outside in the laser tag waiting room; there are 4 cameras mounted showing the activity within, which I appreciate as a parent. Note to self: have kids wear striped shirts so I can find them on the screens! I'm uncertain if there is an employee inside with the kids, and this is for all ages, in a dark enclosed place. I didn't like that my kids seemed alone in the pre-tag enclosed room, as I would have preferred to supervise them.
